Surprisingly effective!
These little pads are surprisingly effective at relieving slight pressure on the metatarsal portion of the foot. They're soft, stretchy silicone pads with a pre-cut loop that fits over the second toe of the foot and are immediately comfortable. However, they are almost too stretchy and in some shoes they roll up toward the toes and out of position. By putting on a pair of socks first it's easier to keep them in position.
