Oh wow, I’m genuinely impressed with this mic. I bought it mainly for voiceovers on my YouTube channel and didn’t expect anywhere near this level of sound quality for the price. It honestly feels like jumping from regular TV to 4K and realizing you don’t need anything beyond that. I've never had an easier or better experience with Customer Support. To be honest, I don't even remember exactly why I first contacted them. I think I couldn't find the USB-C adapter in the box. (And embarrassingly, it may have fallen out while I was opening the package and I just didn't notice, so that part may have totally been on me.) But without hesitation, Nancy in Support (who's a star★) asked for my address and sent me a brand-new mic. She didn't even ask for the original one back. I couldn't believe it. Very cool customer service - Nancy is the best! The replacement mic arrived a day or two later. As for the mic itself, it's great. In the pictures, I show that you can set it up tilted forward, with the power cable routed behind the stand. Or you can keep it more upright with the controls facing you. The buttons and controls are easy to feel, so I keep the mic leaning forward and can mute or adjust the volume without even looking at it. I highly recommend both this mic and this company. You really can't go wrong.

(YOU NEED A DIGITAL SOUND MIXER TO FIX IT) 3: they seem to be the only company that is producing and R&D’ING Modern tech for the modern streamer/tight-budgeted person. 4. The accessories for this product are horrible and don’t fit the microphone or its powerhouse sound. No shock mount and the stand is for desktop/ slash studio users, not gamers who like headsets/neck microphone rigs. Also cheap plastic cords instead of tough use cords aka braided cords 5: I Can’t attach the Picture Exchange Images related to this review and for the R&D department: but they displayed my setup for audio recording and what should also be on this microphone FOR a visual audio mixer and feature products> Since their R&D department actually listens to want gamers/streamers/ singers, etc want> But we usually, email those to zeal sound> now on to the review: If you using a digital audio mixer to compensate for the Omni directional The cardioid polar pattern... mic is great and has a very loud crystal clear sound. But again there is a design flaw. If you not using a digital audio mixer even with an eco-turned off: The audio doesn't catch the voice correctly, its got a weird distortion. If you are into Omni directional mics go ahead and purchase this. I bought this product recently for vocals (singing) and these are my findings in the first few days 1. The product has lightning connectors with which you can connect directly to your phone and use to sing in apps like smule. The audio quality was better when singing directly with the recording camera 2. The best part is that it has a noice cancellation option which is very helpful when recording 3. Even when using direct with my phone it doesn't drain my battery much. 4. Voice quality is also good but i suggest buying a boom handle since the audio pickup is at the top of the mic 5. It has mute button, noice cancellation, headphone sound level button and mic gain button all the features beneficial for the user. Enjoying this product, will definitely recommend for the starters.
