We’ve had a great experience with Arlo products over the years and currently use Arlo cameras and devices in both of our homes. This indoor camera continues the same great quality we’ve come to expect from the brand. The video quality is very clear in 2K, motion detection is fast and accurate, and notifications respond quickly when activity is detected. Setup was simple, and it came with all the necessary hardware needed for installation, which made the process quick and hassle-free. The camera also has a clean design that blends nicely into the home without being bulky or distracting. This Arlo indoor camera works great. And we catch so many funny moments on it! Bought it to keep an eye on our kitties while out of town. We can talk to them and watch them live with great sound and video quality. Setup is very easy with the Arlo app. The field of view is great, catches all I need it to. Value is great for the price, I would recommend Arlo to everyone.

UPDATE NUMBER???? GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER WORK EVER... Update: Still not working, the delay is ridiculous... every time I need to see what is going on in my home, they spin and spin and spin, sound doesn't work right. I have added photos I know they don't really "do" much for the review, but this is what they do all the time.. shows the time it is just trying to load. My internet connection is very good, never ever ever problems with our streaming services, so I cannot imagine that's the problem... I am tempted to purchase a plan just to see if they work better.. Maybe a different brand of camera should be the way to go. I received these in December 2024 and have been using them since. I have held off on a review because my initial review would have been terrible, and it still will be. My husband purchased these for me because I was worried about my elderly dogs at home. He states (and now this is my husband, so who knows) that he did a lot of research to find cameras that I would not need to pay for any type of plan. These are KINDA usable without a plan, you can still arm away and arm home but you no longer get recordings of motion detections. AND EVERY SINCE THE FREE TRIAL RAN OUT THE CONNECTIVITY OF THESE JUNK CAMERAS HAS GONE BAD. Sound Quality= Bad works sometimes Value for Money= buy the more expensive ones these are awful Set up= Pretty simple The amount of time these cameras spend buffering and connecting is outrageous and makes me so angry when I try to check on my dogs, but these stupid cameras do nothing but buffer and try to connect.

It is really good but if you want to save a clip, you have to pay for a subscription. Live feed works really well but sometimes it freezes.

Decent enough camera but DO NOT work with google home. These were advertised as working with the Google home app. These have not worked with google home since the beginning of 2026. Support has found no solution and do not seem to be working on a fix. Very disappointed as it was the reason i picked Arlo from the multitude of camera options.
