I was really surprised by the quality of this entire set upon arrival. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m kind of a box hoarder! Both the bracelet and the necklace came in really nice little gift-able boxes.The necklace comes with a chain and a black string. Neither are the best but at least the string is adjustable. The chain is far too long and cheap looking for my style. As for the necklace itself, it is really high quality metal and the leaf design is cute. It however, was a little harder to use than I realized. What I mean is, it wasn’t immediately intuitive. The metal portion needs to be completely removed to use. If I had read the instructions I would have known that though. I find this style meditation device to be a lot more “fun” to use than the silent metal tubes used for breathing exercises.The bracelet was also a surprise quality -wise. I thought it would be some flimsy single row beaded bracelet, which would have been fine. This one is made so that it’s really structured with its double row of beads. The beads feel high quality as well.At the end of the day, the necklace and the bracelet both surprised me in how nice they were. My only note is that the necklace chains are not the best. More of a boho I don’t care type style than I generally prefer if I’m leaving the house. For the price point I kind of expected a nicer look. However, still really pleased with the entire set up. It’s very gift-able and honestly could be broken up as two gifts if you wanted, as each piece comes in a gift box.

Harmonic sound works. Helps me refocus if I'm overwhelmed and need to center. The bracelet is an incredible added perk though it needs a little breaking in as it's stiff. The beads are really high quality. So that's great. The only issue I found was the edge of the sound pipe was not filed very well. It's a little too sharp that could cut if you run your finger on it just the wrong way. I'm going to use a fine sand paper to smooth it down. Shouldn't have been finished like this. Thats why I only gave 4 stars.

I like the design. The colors are nice. Comes with a nice bracelet as well. The sound is nice. I use it a lot when I feel the urge to smoke and it helps me not to.Cons: First one I ordered stop working after 2 days of use. Don’t know if I just had a defective one or not but the company did replace it with a new one without issue.

Pretty bracelet. Adjusts to fit any size wrist. The whistle on the necklace is very nice. It makes a soothing sound. Great quality.

Koakicreation's breathing necklace and bracelet come beautifully packaged in a gift worthy box. The bracelet is made of hematite, tiger's eye and obsidian. It's gorgeous and really well made. The necklace has two different chains you can use - either a braided rope chain, or a stainless ball chain. The whistle removes from the gold portion of the necklace. Blowing into it produces a sound, but to my ears it doesn't feel like 528 hz. There is no chance that the whistle will fall out on accident - the fit is perfect.Even with the color clash, I do still like it. I wish that the entire necklace was silver or gold, not silver for the whistle and gold for the holder. I don't like those colors together and find that they clash. Still, it's well made and gift worthy. I like it.

Good at first but now it won’t go back in place in the holder so it’s a shame I can’t even use it anymore.

I really love the idea of this necklace. I love the thought of having something for meditation. This is a bit louder than I was expecting. It sounds a bit like a harmonica. It is nice though. It also comes with a black cord. And the packaging is really cute, too.The bracelet is my favorite. It isn't overly masculine or feminine. Very pretty and nicely made. I like the tightening and loosening mechanism. It works well if you are alone. I have pretty large wrists and the bracelet has plenty of room. I think if you have re ally tiny wrists it may be too big.All in all, I really like this set. I don't know if I will use the whistle part often, but I am glad I have it.
