Abdominal Exerciser Chair for Home Gym, Ab Fitness Equipment with Full Body Building and Workout, for Sit Up, Inversion Training, Muscle Strengthening and Back Relief

I got this ab lounger for my son who had an accident earlier this year and wants to get back his body. He's still in a wheelchair but he was able to put this together. It needed minimal set up, the parts are sturdy, I took off one star because the mesh part is thin, I'm hoping it last as long as the rest of the equipment. I will have to update it to 5 starts if the mesh lasts. Overall a great equipment and I've been using it as well. I really like it and I'm looking forward to a flat stomach.

It’s a good exercise machine. I’ve had one years ago, but you cannot find parts that obviously we’re out after period of time.

No instructions on how to assemble. Had to keep looking at the picture to figure it out

The material sinks so low that I may injure myself trying to sit on it. The seating should be firm and supportive to the back, but instead is sinking lower and lower, until I have to fall in, instead of sit down. This is not good at all. It's super heavy. The one good thing is the adjustable leg. Darn I'm so disappointed

The ab chair is great, it is quite a nice set up for abdominal exercise, targets the core section very well if you position yourself in the right position, you do have to use your abdominal muscles to pull yourself as the position of the chair sits it obligates you to sit in the correct manner and targets the muscles in the abdominal region very well, chair moves freely and without kinks or tight areas, the hardware that is included and parts on the chair feel firm and materials feel of good quality, the leg bar is a plus, as I've used other brand abdominal work out chairs and they have a strap or belt to keep your legs in place, this one has a bar that's bolted to the chasis of the chair making it very sturdy, the additional stretch bands is excellent as it gives you a power added for that extra power routine, over all a great abdominal exercise chair, it helps to stretch your muscles as well as your back, great chair for the price, very durable as well as long as the cloth doesn't rip, finish is very nice as well !

Had it not been missing a piece it would have been great. Quick to put together. Missing one piece that seems critical.Update: missing caps but nothing critical. Was able to put it together easily. No tools needed . Nice touch having the adjustable leg bar , now more ppl of different sizes can easily adjust and use. Noiseless . And the material keeps you cool while using , supports 207 lbs

Quality materials & easy to assemble. Ergonomic- modern professional look. Stretches out my back with little effort from me ! I’m taking it slow - it feels great to safely stretch my whole body ! Sturdy & durable !
