Wish there was a zero star option
Absolute rubbish, had clearly been used before as upon opening for the first time, photo's of an unknown person appeared, obviously they were not impressed and also returned it! Neither SIM slots worked, tried numerous SIM's but all we got was 'no SIM detected', also USB port did not recognise any dongles or flash drives inserted. As the whole purpose of the purchase was to get online when out and about, 100% failure to do the job expected. Avoid at all costs

Fine product just failed me
OK an update been using it for months so happy I just bought another for my daughter, now thats confidence.. I did notice the case has been changed and is now more robust so seems manufacturer listens.Screen went black , wrote but as yet no response, seems it was a market placed supply. so no guarantee thats a pity

Not recommend not as easy as all the others, can't screen shot on it, camera very poor, after a while get problems with charging, and it makes a noise when charging, no won't buy again
