Yes it will. I use it with neewer speed lights and also with studio strobes.

Will this trigger a yongnou yn568ex flash or is it only nikon speed lights?

Don't know, it works with most flash guns. I don't use it TTL so it should fire the flash but not sure how much compatibility you will have. If you have gig the Nikon compatible Yongnou then it should work ok

Can I use this on top of a canon to trigger a ad200'and adjust the power settings remotely?

The N denotes its a Nikon fit only and the R denotes its a receiver so no you cant use it on camera. You need either the X2t c or the xpro c, the xpro is a much better trigger than the x2.

you need to check re the fuii.
