I bought this to use as a backdrop for flat lay photography. All the photographs of it being used for its original purpose suggested that it was going to be a matte surface but it's actually quite shiny. I can live with it and will use it but the hunt for a matte concrete surface effect goes on.

I used this as a back panel in a fire place surround for an electric fire, (with blow heater not elements..) I had to piece it in but it is seamless... easy to use. Grid on back for easy measuring not super thick but strong. Would recommend

Used for a quick fix on kitchen worktop. Great stuff although can only heat it once to do difficult areas/corners. Does require two people with large surfaces, and if using for worktop you have to be really careful when using knives or throwing keys etc. Popping airbubbles is not advisable if you intend on wiping down the surface a lot. The DC fix retracts which can expose the original surface.

Bought for a kitchen makeover, used on a textured surface. Take care with bubbles (I used micro fibre) but it looks good, doesn’t seem to take a stain. Seems to have stuck well to the textured surface, might seem a bit shiny if stuck on perfectly flat surface..?
