Faulty and Worst Quality Product
We received a very low quality produc. From the beginning, it was having issues starting and not working at all. The overall quality is pathetic. Even worse, it kept restarting on its own, making it almost unusable. Clearly, something was wrong with the hardware. Poor quality. We expected better quality control for such a high-end product. I would like to return this.

Operating the camera
Touchscreen not working as suggested. Can't connect with WiFi, basically unable to operate the camera as the user manual was not in the box! No support!
