Unacceptable amount of noise and light did not work
Unacceptable amount of noise and light did not workWe bought this item a number of months ago from Creoven in Germany and after waiting for someone to help me install it, we finally got it installed.However, it made and still makes far too much noise when operating and there were wires missing so the light did not work. Also after contacting the company before hand to find the right remote control unit and paying an additional £50 for the remote control unit, it would not fit into the fan casing.Because, I waited too long to install it, I could not return it. After hiring an electrician to fix the light, we are stuck with a very loud fan over our bed.The whole experience has left and very bitter taste in my mouth and it has been a complete waste of money.Buyer beware with this fan unit.
