The Maze Cutter

Best book ever! Can't wait to read all tbe trilogy 😍

As a follower of Dashner, and through communication expecting this book, I had to put it with the others. A fantastic read, as always, the book had me hooked. Aside from Maze Runner and it's sequels, this was welcomed in so many ways. From this purchase I actually had several other people make an order for the same book and the Maze Runner Quadrilogy, which was only be a Trilogy originally. A great read for all ages, and a very good investment in literature.

I really enjoyed the "Maze Runner" trilogy and keep coming back to Dashners books in the hope of capturing that first excitement. Sadly I have failed, and this book is no exception. I am not sure if it is because such a high bar was previously set, or if Dashners writing has gone a bit down hill. It is not a bad book, but it is just so slow. Quite a few characters and after a while I lost track of who some of them were. I got to the point where I lost interest in any of them. I will still look out for other Dasher books, but I don't think he will beat the original trilogy.

This isn't the best in the series but it certainly is a great prequel. It brings in new characters and old and really helps to set the scene of how the world looks years after Thomas escaped WICKED.

I am a big fan of the maze runner series so i couldnt belive it when i heard there was a book about it set 73 years later it is really good if you like maze runner i would recomend

Disappointed in this to be honest....although to be honest it is a good enough story, but spoiled by the great Maze Runner series....it does not come up to that standard and in some aspects a little too fantastical.
