These work great! I have tried multiple inserts for my shoes, including custom made one that were over $300. When I tried these, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, support, comfort, and durability. The price is right! I work long hours on my feet, have plantar fasciitis, and bunions (old lady feet!!) and these help support and cradle my heel as well as help my foot turning too much to the other side. They don't take away all my pain, only surgery will do that, but they do help make it tolerable and get me through the day. I bought several pairs for all my shoes. I bought these insoles for some very flat-footed "Shoes for Crews" shoes for work. My feet were experiencing pain standing for 6+ hours at a time, and these insoles completely diminished the pain. I have high arches, and these support them great. It's now been almost a year and they are still holding up well. They were easy to put in and size, and I will definitely be buying another set when my current one finally gives out, which I don't suspect will be soon.

I weigh 265 pounds. I go through inner soles on my Tennis shoes and work shoes every three months. The first time I tried these soles in my shoes, it was immediately apparent that they were far superior to any of the inner soles I had been purchasing. They are far more comfortable, and they actually make sense as to how they pad your foot. I would recommend these to anybody who gets tired of their shoes only lasting three months.

I am getting these for all my walking and everyday shoes. They are fantastic. After getting painful symptoms of plantar fasciitis on the bottoms of my feet, I bought and tried several different insoles that did not help. These have an incredibly comfortable cushion, with heel cup for stability and an arch for my instep that over time made the pain go away. I love these, and so happy I found them!

Average insert. Comfortable at first, then not so good between the mid-foot pad and forefoot. Heal pad was ok.

Great for over pronation. I'm 6 ft. 235. And I over rotate my left foot to the inside. Causing my back knees feet and back to ache constantly. Having a size 13-14 wide shoe makes it difficult to find most brands so you gotta settle most of the time for "it's ight" in the arch support amd comfort area. I added these to a pair I've had for a month that I was thinking about getting rid of. They changed the game. Made the arch much more stable and the heal a little more cushion. My left foot no longer roles in, about 90% of what a normal rotation is I'd say. I'd reccomend these for people who walk around a lot or want some relief in overpronation pains. *you may have to remove the oem insole for your foot to fit.
