I bought these and got 'incompatible ink cartridge' error on my C4480 and was disappointed thinking I'd bought a dud. However I followed the advice below and they've been fine since then.I found the only thing that worked was: 1. Press X power at the same time 2. Press BLUE, GREEN, GREY 3. press BLUE until you see "INFORMATION MENU" 4. press OK 5. Press Blue until you see "CHECKSUM FOR RELOCK DATA INPUT" 6. OK 7. Press X until you exit all menus 8. When prompted for alignment cancel it with X. It should bypass the error though you may have to do it a few times.From this point onwards the cartridge has been excellent. Lovely quality of colour on photos, I can't tell the difference from the original HP ones. 4 Stars because of the issue but seller is recommended and so are the cartridges.

Perfect fit in the printer as advertised and plenty good enough quality for every day use. They don't seem quite as crisp as the originals and dried out before I could use all the ink, probably because I don't use the printer more than once a week.

Put these in and printed- and it worked straight away. Managed to print a few pictures out- which came out at a reasonable quality considering I was expecting them to look not as good as the normal HP cartridges.The printer then came out with a cartridge error which I'm not sure if it was the ink or whether it was the actual printer playing up- it's hard to tell as the printer is at least 7 or 8 years old and has its moments of madness! It took several resets of the printer until it eventually printed an alignment and worked again.Time will tell how long they last/if the quality remains okay- but so far, so good.

The first cartridge I tried didn't work in my printer. However, the company were excellent and sent a replacement straight away. The print quality was good but it seemed to run out very quickly. You get what you pay for and you do get 2 for the price of one.

Bought these refills for my Mac and cannot tell the difference between these and the ones in the expensive boxes. I don't think you can go wrong with ink and at the price I paid, will be foregoing the fancy packaging and buying refills in future. Good delivery and packaging.

I am very angry about this product. I typed in "HP PRINTER INK" in the Amazon search line, and simply bought the top listed product, without realising that these are refilled cartridges, and not HP originals. They arrived, loosely packed in an envelope, with one cartridge leaking ink. I installed them in my printer, only to find that my printer would not accept them, because they are not genuine HP products. I could not return them, because of the leaking ink, so simply wrote it off as a bad experience, and bought genuine HP cartridges. I now find that they do not work and are "missing or not detected", presumably because the printer has had a bad experience with the refilled ones. My excellent, and totally reliable, printer is now completely unusable,

Only used the colour cartridge so far but looks great, Great value too, also having 2 black cartridges as well.

I ordered the cartridges pack 2 x 350 Black 1 x 351 Color Ink for my HP Photosmart C4480 Printer. My order was placed on the 3rd November and I received on the 5th November. I have printed in both colour and black and white today and have perfect prints.
