Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer. Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

I am totally pleased so far, as it has only been a day. Shipping and packaging was excellent. Installation was a breeze, plug it in, connect to your network, update Windows, and off to the races. A fair price for a good work computer. I found the wireless strong and without issues. The only issue I have is the keyboard. I don’t care for the bright lights that look like a Christmas tree that cannot be shut off, same with the lighted mouse. I would have preferred a basic keyboard and unlighted Bluetooth mouse. Other than that, it is perfect all around. Looks like brand new too.

I ordered this because Dell is a trusted name in computers and my desktop was 14 years old and very slow. I received my initial item and connected everything and ran into problems with it shutting itself down right in the middle of me doing necessary things to run my household and checking emails. It would shut down several times before it would remain on. The error messages flashed so quickly that I could not read them. The STG associate that tried to help me was very kind and even emailed me how to possibly fix it. I tried everything that was suggested and the final straw was when it booted me out and would not allow me to log in for at least 2 hours. I immediately started the return process, hoping an exact item replacement should be a better experience. I received the replacement on a Sunday and immediately began hooking up my desktop. I worked for several hours to try to get it to even turn on. The power button kept flashing yellow, even after unplugging it over and over. It never did boot up so the following Monday morning I repackaged it in all of it's original packaging and started the return process and took it to the UPS store. I wanted a refund so that I could get a desktop that worked and did not want to chance getting another bad, refurbished Dell. The online reviews of this particular processor are not great and I wish I would have researched it better. STG had been very helpful in trying to help me to fix my issue on the initial Dell but when the replacement would not function, I just wanted my money back. I needed a reliable desktop.

Ordered this to replace a very old laptop. It came with the desktop tower, that was less bulky than I expected and helped to save the limited space at my desk. Also included were a mouse, keyboard and external Wifi USB drive. It came with detailed instructions for initial setup, but due to my unique situation with Internet availability I quickly ran into trouble. Those instructions included a dedicated support phone number, and upon calling them I was immediately connected to an actual human being. I didn't have to deal with a computerized phone system and go through endless menus. The technician on the other end was extremely polite and professional. He immediately understood my problem and quickly walked me through a DOS promt override to bypass the issue I was having. At that point I was easily able to complete the setup without further assistance. Other than that one small hiccup, setup was a breeze and I was incredibly happy with how fast the system ran. Everything loaded lightning fast and worked flawlessly. It's really nice to be able to click on something and get instant results. Windows 11 was included with this machine and loaded instantly. It's incredibly responsive and I had no issues with functionality in any way. I am beyond impressed with this purchase and the amazing customer service backing it up.

I thought I would wait a few days before commenting on my Dell 3060 computer. It arrived just like it was suppose to in a safe full box. My computer was in excellent conditions and was very happy with how it looks. Next the set up was easy for me and works great so far. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 ranking was the WiFi that came with it. Sometimes it is spotty which maybe where my computer is set up? But I realize that this was a office computer which would have been set up with a company servers. I would say to get a good WiFi card. Again everything was great and very happy with the results and performance. I would certainly trust this company again. I haven't used the support so cannot tell you about the results there. But I am sure they would be a great help. The price was very good for this type of computer. If you would have brought this computer new it would be well over $1000.

great price on a gently-used W11 machine. very clean, in better condition than I expected. great product, fairly small footprint for a desktop model. excellent value

I have to say this is a kick butt computer!!! I was a little bit dubious about buying it, because of looking at some of the reviews. But I’m so glad I did! I ended up buying one for myself and one for my husband. We were upgrading from Windows 10, and we are definitely not disappointed! The 32 gig memory is definitely a plus, as my husband and I are blind, and we use screen readers, which are definitely memory hogs. I would definitely recommend buying this! You can never go wrong with Adele after all.😁

L' ordi est arrivé avec du retard. Ce n'est pas grave :) L'installation était rapide car le Windows 11 est déjà installé. J'ai ouvert le boîtier: pas de trace de poussière, bien propre. Ça fait une semaine que mes enfants l'utilise et il marche a merveille. Très rapide. J'avais de la difficulté a repartir le disque dur mais la recherche d'une solution est en cours. Je recommande.

Been using it since last summer. Great unit, no problems. Quick to load programs. Bought it to replace windows 10 because of windows threat of not supplying security up-dates. My previous unit was a Dell refurbished OptiPlex with windows 10 professional that I used for 7 years. **NOTE THAT THE ILLSTRATION SHOWS A DRIVE PORT, IT IS EMPTY, HAD TO GO TO BEST BUY AND purchase a new drive (about $50.00) to download a few discs

Well packaged, easy to set up. No issues thus far. I particularly like the warranty that came with the machine. I was not anticipating that on a refurbished machine. Will make a point of looking for this company for possible future purchases. Cannot speak to the wireless internet function as I use wired internet wherever possible.

Item arrived, with one dimm bank DEAD, the system is dead. Amazon help was outstanding, I explained to them the reason for buying was my desire to buy/purchase the damn think so can play, I was asking for a replacement. "Sorry we can/t do it, cause it was not refurbed by us, we can return your money" I will remain Amazon's shopper for now, NEVER purchase refurbished again. I perceive it as act of separating Me from My money, works ONCE.
