I love this computer. Before I set it up, I made sure I had all my passwords printed and that everything was backed up, in case I needed it for this computer. When I set this one up, I signed in and everything transferred. I didn't need to look up one password to sign into all my apps; it was just all there when I signed into the computer itself. It has great performance, enough ports for what I use the computer for, great storage capacity, and a sleek appearance. It's extremely easy to use, and I got a great product for the money I paid. Would 100% buy again.

I have built, programmed, repaired and helped design computers for some 51 years (1975). I have ever had one I couldn't eventually fix - til now... The 32G memory and 1TB SSD caught my eye - should have kept looking. Problems: 1. Initial boot seemed OK. Booted to Win11 (which because of this computer I will not use). Got password, mail, etc in. About 25 min in the screen saver came on while I was working. It essentially shut the machine down, and turned off the USB ports = no mouse or KB. Only way to get it back was to reboot and loose all not saved data. It did this every 20 - 30 min consistently, me working or not. For 4 days I tried everything from Microsoft, Dell and anybody on the net that would answer on how to turn the screen saver off. Nothing worked. 2. If you pressed either mouse key and moved the pointer across the screen, it left about a 1\2 inch (12cm) black trail. After about 6 inches (150cm), the screen turned black. The icons and status bar were still there. Again the only way back was reboot. 3. I did install a simple jigsaw puzzle program. The colors on the screen were no where near what the colors of the program were. They are OK on my other machines. 4. The main problem - I decided to return the computer to Amazon so I went into the BIOS to reformat the drive to delete my passwords and data and reinstall Win11. BIOS says no hard drive available! I tried some 3rd party boot programs, but all I could get was System Assist. It ran a 30 second scan and turned the machine off! I would not recommend spending money on this machine. This Dell OptiPlex 3060 is not flashy, and that is exactly why I love it. It looks like a computer whose only hobbies are booting up fast, handling spreadsheets, and quietly judging people who still save everything to the desktop. The i5, 32GB of RAM, and 1TB SSD make it way faster than I expected. I bought it for basic work, internet, and everyday use, and this thing acts like I’m launching NASA. It starts up so fast I barely have time to sip my coffee and complain. It also has that classic Dell office-computer look, which means it probably spent a previous life in a cubicle surviving years of budget meetings and passive-aggressive emails. Now it’s in my house living its best second life, still dependable, still efficient, and probably still ready to open 47 Chrome tabs without a meltdown. Would absolutely buy again. It may not be glamorous, but neither is a pickup truck, and both get the job done without needing emotional support.

It was running well but crashing at least once a day I had to return it. I'm not good with tech stuff but that's just me. The keyboard it came with many buttons didn't work and caused screen to glitch. I purchased a separate keyboard and mouse which gave much better functioning. The only issue was the crashing every time I used it. Usually just once each day.

Works great, and for the price I would happily buy again.

Still in plastic (probably rewrapped). But looks like new. Still cleaning off tons of junk from my old tower. So haven't even shot power to it. It has enough ports for my peripherals. I'll try to follow up after I power it up. I'm kinda scared of W-11. I had W-8, thru W-10 on my current tower. EDIT: Got it all hooked up and so far, everything is working. I lost all of my info in the password manager but I'm slowly getting it back in. W-11 really sucks. Virtually nothing is where it should be and finding where they hid it is a real pain. I really think that since I'm 81, I just don't think like the programmer does. Part of being old, I guess. The machine is running smooth, so I guess I'm lucky so far. Caution! do not use cuss words around W-11 it is listening.

The computer had obviously been used in an industrial environment. Renewed? Excellent condition? Hardly! This computer is hardly in good condition and not even close to being in excellent condition. It appears that the computer had a light cleaning that left dirt in all of the ports. There's no onboard wifi, I thought the video player was going to fall apart when it was opened, and the image displayed on the monitor is "fuzzy". Testing was halted after seeing the poor quality of the display image. Yes, the monitor was checked with another computer and the image was clear. I'm not going to go on and on about the disappointing condition of this computer because, I feel that enough has been said. Having purchased other " renewed" computers from Amazon in the past, I can't understand how a computer that's in the poor condition of this computer ever made it past the rules of Amazons renewed program. Did I just get a bad item? Well, maybe, but that bad item never should have made it out of the door as being in excellent condition! The machine is now one year old and is actually still working. Except for a few power outages, the machine has been running 24/7 for the last 365. Was it worth the price? Well, I suppose, but I still haven't forgotten about the condition that it arrived in. I did not intend on keeping the computer so I did not touch on its cons. Not many that have not already been covered, but, one big thing is there is no Bluetooth, or builtin WIFI. That's a big mislead imo. The machine has been "jumped" somehow so there is no windows startup page. No idea what that is all about or if it even matters. Best guess, they couldn't change the original password and found how they could bypass it. The machine does run quiet, but it has never been pushed so no idea if there would be a louder fan noise if it was pushed. The DVD has never been used for fear of losing a disk. The WIFI dongle that came with the machine failed in short order. Looking at the dongle had me thinking that it may have cost all of 5 cents. Now, just so you all know, this same machine cost just about double what bit did a year ago. Not bad, another year older and almost twice the price for the same machine. This machine sees very light usage and is for the most part used for running one digital app. ( WSJT-X ). All in all it is a decent machine, but imo, not worth what the ask is today. Hardly worth what I paid at the time. These sellers are getting out of control with the ask on these old computers. Most of the computers are over 8 years old, and an 8 year old computer is very close to the EOL. A true gamble in that the machine may last a few years, or a few months. Three stars for poor condition when it arrived and missing Bluetooth, builtin WIFI, and questionable DVD drive. As always, it's your money, and it's your choice.

Excellent PC for the price! I have not had any issues with this tower. It always works and there are no glitches at all! It's super fast for my line of work. I work remotely day and night and am always on the computer working on multiple platforms, and have never had any issues.

I had this for a few months and it stopped working just after the warranty ended. I reached out to the seller and was impressed—they provided clear, detailed instructions to resolve the issue. Great support even after the warranty, which is uncommon.

We ordered two identical refurbished Dell OptiPlex 3060 SFF PCs for business use. While one unit works perfectly, the second unit has a hardware issue and only detects a single display, despite using the same monitors, cables, and setup. This caused delays in deployment to our employees. Delivery was also delayed by a couple of days. Overall, mixed experience due to inconsistent quality between units. Hoping for a smooth replacement process.

L' ordi est arrivé avec du retard. Ce n'est pas grave :) L'installation était rapide car le Windows 11 est déjà installé. J'ai ouvert le boîtier: pas de trace de poussière, bien propre. Ça fait une semaine que mes enfants l'utilise et il marche a merveille. Très rapide. J'avais de la difficulté a repartir le disque dur mais la recherche d'une solution est en cours. Je recommande.
