Absalout joke. I would give this product no stars if I could. DO NOT waste your money on this. I followed instructions to the letter and IT DID NOT WORK!. I did not have a dark box dye like black, I had a brown on my hair, and it didn't even touch it or even lift it slightly. The buffer dries out your hair to where it becomes like straw, and it doesn't even have a conditioner to put on your hair after everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am actually surprised and shocked amazon are letting this product continue to be sold after all the bad reviews and the lies and false advertising of it. Absolutely shocking and disgusting this product is. The smell also is horrendous, and here is a tip, if you do choose this product, open up windows and doors and make sure there is plenty of fresh air, cause if you don't, you will struggle to breath and become light headed and dizzy from it. What a joke of a product.

I was a very light blonde, and crazy me put a dark ceder ash blonde on my hair, it was nearly black grey green when I finished 😂. I couldn't believe the stupidness of my actions and hated it immediately. I bought this product in the hope it could help my massive mistake. Trusted the process and was so relieved it worked. Took it all out. I used 2 bottles as my hair is a bit thick. After using it my hair is now an ash blonde, although my roots a little copper tinge, I can live with this until I dye it my usual colour, highly recommended and very gentle on my hair.

Like an idiot, I did not read the reviews before I bought it or see the star rating but it was too late. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED.It didn’t work! the shade colour on the box deceives you! Even my roots didn’t change which was the colour on the boxDoesn’t turn that colour, it was like washing my hair normally a little red came out but that happens when I wash my red hair with normal shampooWASTE OF MONEY WASTE OF TIME

The product is okay, I mightnt have used the product correctly to get a complete strip of colour but it brought vibrant dark red (which was dyed over dark brown hair) it brought it to a very light ginger colour, like a bleach hair gone wrong effect but not as drastic. The colour result was fine for what the price of this product is but would warn against it if you have any bit dry or damaged hair as mine was healthy and now it's quite dry.

Been dying my hair for 30 years and I always colour strip if I am completely changing the colour. Today I was going from red to purple so I thought I would try this. Spent 90 minutes putting on, letting it work etc. Washed it all out and my colour was still there! Took it down slightly so it was duller but did not remove. Should have stuck to colourb4 that works every time. Wouldn't buy again, sorry!

Had very bright red purple tips put in my hair but unfortunately just looked like I needed my roots doing .Stripped out all colour to a blond colour .My instructions said to leave on for 60 minutes ,smells like rotten eggs.I didn’t hold out much hope as strand test didn’t do much but didn’t rinse for 5 minutes .I didn’t see any colour come out in the water so was really surprised to see red gone .Conditioned but hair quite dry but no worse than after bleaching.I’d use again if I have another crazy whim .

This product is absolutely terrible! 2 boxes on shoulder length hair (thin hair) fully saturated and left on for 60 mins. Followed the instructions to the tee and it did absolutely nothing apart from completely dry the hair out. Not even half a shade lighter (hair was dyed medium brown)Had to give 1 star or wouldn't let me post a review. Needless to say I've had to buy another brand and spend even more money!!

One of the better colour strippers out there.Does have a bit of an odd smell but it is in no way overpowering like other brands.Easy to us3 and worked quite well, although I'd recommend getting two if you are trying to remove a "wild" colour.Good value for money compared to other brands.
