This thing is so sketchy & unsafe I'm surprised it hasn't been taken off the market. It started burning the 1st time we used it & it was on for maybe a total of 4 minutes! Count 2 minutes for warm up, started smelling like burnt plastic, turned it off, (like it says) added sugar to tray, started machine, it seemed very unsafe, I didn't even make a half stick before I was too afraid & turned it off & that's when I saw that the side of the tray is burnt! (You can see in picture) I got this for my daughters birthday party. I won't be using it at all! Returning asap! What a waste of time & VERY DANGEROUS! Also paid extra for the pink one & received a white machine.

I feel really bad for this seller!!After reading all the reviews I was really nervous to buy this but I thought for the price it was worth a try. This machine is super easy to use and the results are great I think the only reason this product has bad reviews is because moms bought this decided it was to much effort and wanted the money back. It’s a little bit of a pain to clean but all the kids loved it!

This was birrthday gift for 5yr pld twin girls and they loved it so much. Perfect gift for little ones. Glad i bought it.

I don't know maybe I'm missing a step...it works but it's sorta messy especially once the candy starts to burn and stick to sides ...I rather honestly dish out more money for a better quality one....I just couldn't get the hang of it ...it works but maybe I'm doing something wrong

Everything was perfect but you have to use it a couple times because it makes a super small amount the first time

This is definitely not for kids and a pain to use. I didn’t have high expectations, but at least thought we’d get a little cotton candy out of it. The machine says to only use granulated sugar, which limits the fun flavors. With granulated sugar, it kept getting stuck to the metal and would instantly melt. We could not get it to wind on the sticks without catching. It isn’t big enough to try paper cones. After 30 minutes of use, we barely got a child size portion.
