Excellent Phone Set
This phone replaced a 30 year old Panasonic phone . The new phone set does all the usual things like record messages and provide Call ID (if you pay your phone company for the option). It also has a Call Block button that I love. We were getting up to 22 scam calls a day and now only receive 2-3 daily scam calls. Another thing I like about the phone is the fact that the phone voice is loud and clear so that when you check on messages the response is easy to understand. Last year we purchased a phone set that we had to junk because it was impossible to understand the messages when replayed back.

Very good system...
This is the 4th or 5th Panasonic system like this that I have had in the last 20+ years. They don't make anything like they used to. Each time I've had to replace my system, Panasonic has dropped another good feature. Last set, they dropped the little light that told you the portable handset was properly seated in its charger and charging. This time they've dropped a feature even more important to me--the pocket clip. With my last set, I needed to replace the clips and one portable that I ran over with the tractor--WAY too expensive! It was cheaper in the long run to replace the whole system, which I did because the system serves my needs at a better price than the competition.

Not exactly what I wanted
Panasonic is normally an excellent product. Product arrived in time, price okay for desk and two additional units. My personal experience: Display difficult to read. Volume up... sounded tinny and slight echo.I am a counselor and sessions are recorded.Returned item and am receiving a refund.Have repurchased an AT&T unit (what I had before)....

Useless as a speaker phone
I use a speakerphone from time to time for my business. Recently I had to move out of an office that had a 20+ year old Avaya speakerphone (that was phenomenal) into a new office where I had to provide my own phone. I got this Panasonic speakerphone and it is pathetic. If I don't have the phone less than 2 feet directly in front of my mouth the people on the other end complain they can't hear me and even then they say they have trouble hearing me clearly. If I turn my head while speaking they say they can't hear me. The sound quality on my end is mediocre at best . The handset is lightweight and also has mediocre sound. I plugged in a 30 year old Bell phone I had in my closet into my line and it's handset has better sound quality. With my old Avaya phone I could speak normally anywhere in my office and it was clear to the people on the other end of the line. Also, I have an old inexpensive Logitech C270 webcam with a built in microphone that is about the size of a pea and it is also phenomenal. I used it today on a 4-way Zoom conference since my new Panasonic phone is useless and everybody heard me just fine with the Logitech microphone.Seems like Panasonic went out of their way to incorporate a very crummy microphone and a mediocre speaker.

Good Phone! Looks As Pictured!
We love how easy it is to setup. Easy to add contacts and retrieve voice messages. We really like the call block button/feature. When an unavailable call comes thru, we just hit the red call block button then hit another button to confirm yes then you hear a warp sign like the caller is sent into outer space lol. Cool feature! Slim design and battery life is good. Like the black and illuminated buttons when a call comes in. We get a kick out of the program voice trying to announce names in our saved contacts lol. 😆 This phone is a great buy!

Great replacement!!
This phone is better than the AT&T phone i had. It finally died on me and this phone has a few more features than the old one. I especially like that the volume goes much higher on the handsets as well as the base. The display can lay flat or be raised up which is nice sitting at a desk. I would buy again.
