I ordered mine with the reflective background and the quality of the color, lettering, etc. made it a very nice product!

It does look like a convincing license plate until you get up close and notice it has too many characters for a valid license number, lacks the hologram, and is not reflectorized. It does get people's attention, which is its intended purpose to work in conjunction with some other custom made signs I had installed nearby.I had this made because certain delivery drivers (about 5% of drivers create 95% of delivery issues) kept leaving packages on the ground or exposed to weather and livestock, or hidden in places where I never found them for months (and in one case "found" one when it was run over with the mower and pieces went everywhere 9 months after it had been delivered but not located), instead of in a junk car I put on blocks near the property entrance, and turned into a very large rural package dropbox.After a "5%" driver was caught on camera who clearly didn't comprehend the other signage one day, I ordered this to help clarify that yes, packages should be placed in the car trunk - so lightweight things in large packages wouldn't go airborne in the wind and fly into the next county, and cardboard boxes and contents wouldn't become either soaked in the rare rain that nearly always becomes a flash flood, or become a tasty snack for the goats.Longevity:The car has this plate full-on facing the blistering western afternoon sun during the hot summer, and has weathered multiple consecutive days of over 110 degrees F following a late winter and spring with many freeze-thaw cycles, and still looks new. It will take several more years of outdoor exposure to better assess its performance, but so far I suspect it will outlive me by a decade or two.

The Outline of Texas shifted to the left and didn't stay in the middle like the real Texas License plate. I don't think it shifted while I was picking fonts and words. It's okay because you couldn't see it under the lettering left like it was.

It's just fine, with no errors or anything. A bit too thin, but I don't think that'll be a problem.
