This is a nice battery
Expensive but worth it. I had to solder on the connectors but the other ones that I've used I had this solder them on to. But I didn't have to solder on the charger on the other one but this one I had to solder on the charger connector. It is very heavy. But it's definitely worth the money I paid. I have a different type on the front of my bike. It's a 48 like this one 20 amp. But it doesn't seem to give me any speed about 22 miles an hour and about without pedaling maybe 12 miles. This battery the new one I've gotten the bike up to 27 miles an hour and it's lasted about 29 MI without pedaling. It is definitely worth the money the new one was about $300 with tax. The other one was about $265 with tax I wish I would have got the expensive one first.

Great battery!
My etrike is my primary means of transportation and I cannot speak highly enough of this battery! I had to charge almost every day with my old battery but since I upgraded to this one I only have to charge it a max of once a week, sometimes I don't even have to charge it for two weeks at a time! It's mind boggling how much power it has!

Great customer service, powerful battery, though it’s a bit heavier than some more $$$ options
Love the responsive customer service. Had an issue with the first charger they sent (damaged in shipping I think). They sent a new unit asap and the battery’s power combined with the safety of lifepo4 makes this an awesome and affordable unit for my 3000w fat bike. Will be buying the 72v 20ah with the big 80a bms next to power a 5000w project.

Good customer service
I received the battery in a timely manner and while it was in good shape, the charger that came with it was damaged in shipment. I reported that to Btr and they asked for a picture which I sent. They replied that they would send me another charger. It arrived the other day and worked perfectly. Greatly appreciate their quick response. Good job.

great battery for the price!!!
This product was great for my razor mx500 build has a lot of power and last me 25miles!! The battery has not given me any problems i charge it every night. it was very easy to install and wire up with only needing to do slight modifications to my bike.
