Everything works now.
I bought my Samsung sound bar at Goodwill for about $10, but of course it didn't have a remote with it. I didn't think I needed one, but then I found out to adjust the bass, treble and the subwoofer levels as well as change audio presets, I needed the remote.This remote worked instantly as soon as I put the batteries in and aimed it at the sound bar. It couldn't have been any easier.I don't know what the original remote looked like, but this seems to do everything and all the buttons are clearly labeled, so it's not hard to figure out.The build quality seems pretty good compared to other replacement remotes I've had, but we'll see how it holds up to 3 dogs and 2 kids who all want to find new ways to destroy all of our things.

Works great
So far this remote works great. Perfect replacement for my Samsung HW-H450 soundbar. And bonus, this remote utilizes 2 AAA batteries instead of the factory style CR2032.The buttons click nicely also.

It works!
This replacement remote works all the functions of my sound bar. It took a few tries to get the battery installed correctly. My sound bar is one of the models listed for it. There is a remote that looks the same but works with a different batch of sound bar models, so check that yours is listed. The Samsung audio app doesn't work with my model. The remote feels a bit heavier and stiffer than the original, but if it works that's all I care about. Of course I found the long-missing original minutes after ordering this, but I'm keeping it! See photo comparison (original says Samsung on it).

I was actually astonished as to how this replacement remote looks just like the original remote and all the functions work just as well. Great purchase for under seven bucks!
