I am glad that I purchased these cards three weeks before my exam. The process of elimination method as well as the QR code that provided sample tests were pivotal in me passing the first time that I took the exam. Well worth the expense.

Passed my test!
I used these to review for my SHRM-CP exam. I did pass on the first attempt, so they were worthwhile. However, there are a couple of cards without the correct answer. In some cases, the answer is wrong. In other cases, the provided answer has nothing to do with the question. I did not use the available online tests, but they are available with the cards.

I haven’t taken the test yet but these flash cards have helped me learn and actually remember so much already. I’m looking forward to testing now.

Good basic textbook with typos and poorly written practice tests.
I just took the SHRM CP yesterday and passed. I used this study system along with a SHRM app plus Pocket Prep and my advice is to stick with Pocket Prep. This textbook is a good resource as a summary of information that you do absolutely need to know as an HR professional. However, skip the practice tests. Many of the questions are very confusing, poorly written and touch on such obscure material that they were more damaging than helpful. As an example, I was scoring 83%-95% on the app and Pocket Prep and 40%-50% on the Mometrix tests, which shook my confidence. But, deep down I knew that it wasn't me...I do well with analysis and contextual questions. That experience plus the typos would have me make a different choice in the future.
