This set is fantastic value for money. I got it, as I already had been gifted a derma roller for a burn scar and noticed a massive improvement, but I wanted a set that had attachments suitable for my face.I had a lovely "pothole" on the tip of my nose, thanks to a Rudolf-type spot from last year! It did not want to budge, even when I tried using AHA/BHAs. But after 2 months of micro-needling I noticed my skin evened out. It's also made my laugh lines fade (my lines were fine, but noticeable initially).I've been microneedling in the evening every 2- 3 weeks give or take, and then I use cheap hyaluronic acid serum followed by moisturising cream.My advice would be to sanitise after every use with at least 70% rubbing alcohol. Routinely doing this will mean nothing (and worse- be harmful) if you're penetrating your skin barrier with germs and old dead skin!

Good product

The quality of this is really good considering the price, and I really value the adjustable length, as it allows me to gradually build up the more I use it. There were no bent needles, and it also comes with a cover for them. I have been using it for a couple of days so far, and it seems quite good, but of course results are expected to be seen after consistently doing so for some time.The only downside of this product is the packaging - it was quite flimsy and poor quality, but the actual product was not damaged.I would recommend buying this as an average customer!

not sure if my skin is just very tough but it didn't feel/or look like it was piercing my skin, and it was hard to make myself bleed with it. was cheap though, and not necessarily a fault of the product, so your mileage may vary.

Very good set of Derma rollers. I've mainly bought it for the smaller role to be used under the eyes but tried all of them and find them great quality and value! Don't forget to disinfect properly prior to use and be careful when starting out. The roller for the body is great but left a few traces on my sensitive skin at first. Make sure to be gentle when first adjusting to it.

Absolutely useless product, broken after 3 months of very careful use. Not recommended.

Perfect little kit for body rolling, only one is appropriate size for face rolling. Came quick and no needles bent or damaged, love the handy sanitisation tray too, highly recommend for a great price. Really helped to get rid of my age spots in one go and drastically reduce my scar tissue and fine lines.

Der LOPHE Derma Stamp ist ein tolles Produkt was ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Benutze ihn jetzt schon mehrere Monate und ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Sehe schon kleine Haare die anfangen zu Wachsen. Es ist einfach zu benutzen, einfach auf die richtige Höhe drehen und gleichmäßig Druck ausüben. Nicht vergessen nach dem Benutzen und davor den Stamper zu reinigen mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit die 70 % Alkohol beträgt.

The media could not be loaded. Ich habe das Produkt nur für die große Rolle gekauft. Genau die rollt nicht und zieht die Haare auf der Kopfhaut mehr raus als der normale Roller. Die Aufbewahrung ist auch nicht praktisch in der großen Plastik Box, wenn man den Aufsatz drauf lassen möchte.
