Best self tanner ever, better than a spray tan
I have tried at least 5 or 6 self tanners prior to this as well as a professional spray tan and this brand is the very best one yet. This brand came highly recommended by 2 of my coworkers. I do not tan. I burn and peel and then I am pale again. This stuff is great. Worth every penny. I put it on last Sunday and slept in it before showering off in the morning. Nothing came off on my blue sheets and my skin was a nice tan color. 6 days later and it’s faded nicely. Still a decent amount of tan left but has faded out nicely compared to some previous fake tans that faded out splotchy. The application was very even. I haven’t done anything to make it last either. I shower daily, moisturize, and shave regularly and it still looks even and somewhat tan. Best self tanner that I have tried so far. The only thing to be aware of is the smell. The smell is very strong. I could smell it even after showering the first day. It’s not a bad smell per se but not a pleasant smell.

Best self tanner for fair/cool toned skin!
As a fair cool toned girlie with red hair, this is the best self tanner I've used BY FAR. It has a nice blue/brown undertone that looks incredibly natural on my skin. No streaking. And smells good compared to other tanners I've tried. First application I only did 1 coat for an hour and 15 min to see how it works and it gave me a very even subtle tan/glow. Next time I will most likely keep it on for the 3 hours or try 2 coats to see how deep I can get the color and remain looking natural. 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OBSESSED!
As someone who’s super pale with cool undertones, I’ve never had a self tanner that looked this good on me! Most of them turn me orange or patchy—but this one? DARK, smooth, and absolutely gorgeous. It gave me that rich, sun-kissed glow without looking fake. And it’s definitely buildable—perfect for when I want to go even deeper for an event or vacation. I’m officially never going back to anything else. Total game-changer! 👏🏽✨

Light tan
As a brunette with green eyes, I thought this would be the perfect shade for me. I’m a pretty pale, but I don’t feel like I noticed as much of a difference with this. It’s definitely not very bronze/summer glow. More of just a slightly darker shade of your skin not necessarily as hand version of your skin. It has a typical fake tan smell. It is super easy to apply and doesn’t get very patchy, but also not much color. I even tried to leave it on for 6+ hours instead of the recommended to. If you’re looking for a light tan, this is definitely more of that intention. But I like to be a little darker.

Great in theory, but….
I have extremely fair skin with yellow undertones so it would have been great if this had worked but, no matter how I prepped my skin for it or left it on, there was literally zero color payoff.

Loved it!! Worth it
I was very skeptical because I’ve had other tanners and this was the first one that was suited for my light skin tone and it did not turn orange on me. I used a mitt to apply and I did find some streaky areas. I did exfoliate and follow directions, but I would still give this five stars.

Emerald! Streak-free but NOT for cool-toned skin
On a mission to try all the self tanners until I find one that doesn't turn me orange and actually sticks to my stretch marks (so far the only fake tan that meets the criteria has been a professional airbrush tan). This review is for the Emerald version of this one, which is supposed to be a dark olive tan.Pros:- Streak-free! Absolutely by far the most consistent application I've gotten with any DIY tan, including other Bondi products.- Is one of the better ones as far as stretch marks go. Some self tanners do not stick to that skin at all and I end up looking like a tiger. Others look kinda muddy on the skin surrounding the stretch marks. This one doesn't make them the exact same color as my "normal" skin, but at least it does tan them a little.- the tan seems to be pretty buildable. In my picture, I did the first application left on for 4 hours and then did a second application the next day for 1 hour. In the picture - my arm already had a good base tan but my stomach was fully un-tanned with all previous self tanner removed.Neutral:- has the bad self tanner smell that every one has. Lingers for a solid 24 hours even despite showering.- the guide color does rub off on clothes but not as bad as some others. You still need to sit around on a towel pretty much naked or in very loose clothing that you don't mind getting stained.Cons:- the color Emerald is ...weird. I have a neutral-cool skintone and every self tanner, even the violet base ones, pulls orange AF on me, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try olive and see if the green undertone helped... it did not. On my fully natural pale skin, it actually looks like a nice olive tan and isn't super orange. However, on my skin that DOES have a real tan going (my arms and legs), it is probably the worst of them all as far as orange tone goes. I'm *certain* it would look better on someone with a true olive tone so I'm not going to give it super low stars. I think the color mismatch is my own fault. But this one is NOT for people with cool toned skin 😂

Must try
I have tried a variety of different self tanners and so far this is my favorite. I haven't had any streaks like I have with other products. There's been no discoloration with the tanner itself. Ex. I have had a different product come out almost green looking. It works well and so far I have nothing to complain about. This product gives you a nice natural looking tan no orange coloration. Definitely would recommend this to my friends if they need a quick tan without having the time to actually go layout.
