I ordered a medium but should have ordered a large as they were tight.Pros- they help stabilize and support my knees, they’re comfortable, I was able to wear them for a full shift of work (10hrs on my feet using and using steps), they helped reduce any swellingCons- since they were a bit small for my thighs they did leave marks and lines on my legs, one leg has two small welts on them presumably from the rag or stitching (not sure which)I have and was recommended these by my doctor. They did what they were supposed to but I think I’ll just wear them at work or when I do any activity requiring me to walk long distances and let my knees breathe any other time. I recommend them for anyone needing a bit of extra support.I did wear them under leggings so they wouldn’t slide which didn’t seem to be an issue for me. They’re fairly stretchy and the design is okay, I liked that the straps were separate and I can add them when I need them.

The strap is a bit deceiving the way it looks in the picture. It looks like the strap is attached to the sleeve. It is not. It is a separate strap which you can use or not use if you want. I have it at five stars so far. It stays in place when I walk around doing errands and grocery shopping. Now we will see how it holds up playing sports. Also, the reason it is four stars is the Velcro on the strap looks like it will not be durable. Looks like they used cheap material.

This product has helped me walk several miles a day with less knee pain after I injured my already arthritic knee. It is well made, fits well, and is easy to put on and remove.The product included two knee sleeves and an accessory Velcro strap for each. However, I needed only one sleeve and discovered I got increased benefit when I applied both accessory straps over the sleeve on my injured knee.I inquired of the seller whether I could purchase an additional set of accessory straps without the sleeves and was informed that the straps were not available separately but that they would send me a complimentary set I knee pads which I politely declined, telling them I really didn’t need knee pads. To my surprise they then sent me a complimentary package including two sleeves and the two accessory straps I had requested.

I've always been active 60's and took a couple spills. 3 wk recovery. Been over a year however I stil have pain as I twist the knee with walking. Tried to prevent but seems inevitable to twist as you maneuver. I want healing and the very bulky brace wasn't working well. In love with this immediately. I spent time reading reviews and considering my needs. Measured and ordered. Fits like a glove and has knee twist support. At first it felt constrictive. However 20 minutes and I have such a soothing feeling. No straps used around the house

As someone with bigger legs, I expected more from the larger size. Unfortunately, they felt too light, rolled up constantly, and even cut off circulation at times. That said, the material is genuinely nice, and the Velcro holds up well under pressure. On days when my knees aren’t too swollen, they do offer good support. I just wish I could wear them more often than I can.

I bought the wrong size and the customer service has been incredible. They promptly answered my emails and are sending me out a new set. Haven't had a chance to use due to the size issue, but I love the material they are made of and I like the addition of the straps to make it tighter if needed.

MADE A HIGE DIFFERENCE! I work in a warehouse and wearing these while I was working was a total game changer. I no longer come home with pain in my knees. They are not bulky AT ALLLLLL. Very smooth and seamless. Make sure to get your size because he compression is no joke AND the supporting straps just add to that support 😍
