I ordered 2 sets of these bowls for my cats to replace some older ones.They arrived quickly, and packaged nicely. Everything arrived individually wrapped. There were no instructions but it was very self explanatory to put them together.Now for pros and cons:Pros:- They are very elevated angled cat bowls. This is good to help cats not throw up right after eating. My older cat needs this.- There is a food shield around the bowls. I really like this since my younger cat is the messiest eater. I think if the water bowl overflows for one reason or another, it would stop a leak.- Every piece comes apart for easy cleanup.- The metal bowls can be taken out individually.- Fun color selection! We have our bowls outside of our kitchen and the other ones were not easy to see at night. These pink ones should be much better.Cons:- I really only have one con, and this one’s big one. The metal bowls that the food and water arrived in arrived dirty. I mean filthy. I don’t know what was on them. You couldn’t really see it, but I noticed a dirt spot on one when putting the bowls together and went to wash it.I realized it wasn’t just a dirt spot, that the “dirt” was all over. I immediately went to check the other 3 bowls, and found out they all had this black dirt on them. It was inside, outside and in the crevices around the bowl rims. It took 45 minutes of scrubbing with hot water and soap to get all of them clean.If you decide to order these, make sure you clean them thoroughly. Even if they look clean.While I do love these bowls, I am giving them 2 stars due to how dirty they were when they arrived. If it had been the base of the bowls that’s a minor thing, but the dirty bowls were the ones the cats are supposed to eat out of. That’s not ok.Photos included: One of my cats enjoying her new bowls, and 2 of the many papertowels I used to clean the Bowls to show the dirt that came off of them. (Trust me when I say that these were 2 of MANY paper towels. The black dirt would not stop coming off.)
