Did not hold the patella in place
The copper is debatable. I would not use this company again unless I found a product which had the correct ratios of me to thigh to shin rather than a long shin and the support of the patella is not quite held. The seller states that this is breathable and comfortable, although it's becomes itchy and sweaty at the back of the knee. So I don't find this particularly comfortable as you have to put it on. Pull it up as Sorry seller. 😶 Strangely the reason I bought from this seller is because I had thoughts proper products from this seller before and found them to be absolutely fantastic light to wear breathable and exactly as I was expecting this product to be.

Comfortable and supportive
I've been suffering a few knee problems recently from running, so I figured I'd try some knee supports to see if they help at all. These are comfortable and easy to put on. They have rubber grip strips to help them stay in place. I wore them yesterday while playing badminton and they certainly seemed to help and I felt no knee strains at all. That may be partly because they helped to keep my knees warm in the cold sports hall, but any help is good.

Tight fit
I have been getting increasing pain in my knees of late so felt grabbing a support for the gym would be a good idea until I can strengthen them. I followed the instruction for measuring to ensure I got the recommended size, but that was not quite right. The support around the knee area is great and gave me the confidence to do some exercises I had been avoiding lately, that said though the elastic around the thigh area was over tight and became uncomfortable very quickly. I will persist to use this and see if there is some extra give with time and usage but would say at first use I'd say if you can go 1 size bigger than stated.
