We enjoy decorating the outside of our house for Christmas. We were walking down the street in our neighborhood and saw a bunch of these lights strung up in the oak trees that line our neighborhood streets. We were enthralled! We bought them the next day and hung them up in our tree. My wife and I agreed that we could stand there and watch them for a long time- they are mesmerizing. The time works great- they automatically turn on at dusk and turn off six hours later. Not sure how long the batteries will last. Ours have been in place for about 10 days so far and still working great! We have already decided to buy more for next Christmas.

Terrible product nothing like pictures or written descriptions. Very thin wires that are impossible to work with ! They are always crookedAnd uneven no matter how much time you spend trying to place them evenly. They just look like crooked spider webs . So very disappointing.!Very small difficult remotes and you have to be virtually on top of lights to make them work from remote. Not conducive to outside decorations defeats purpose of having remote. All in all n it worth the money timeor effort.

Mostly disappointing.The good part - they look great and the blinking patterns are interesting.The bad part:- the lights are not very bright, and they dim pretty quickly (batteries last a week)- takes some prep - arranging the wire stalks to look OK, but easy to get tangle or bent in bad positions. - batteries are hard to install (physicially opening the battery case and insterting them is hard)- because batteries fail so quickly, either they're dim most of the time or you eat up loads of batteries (which are hard to install). Also, if you want to change the batteries, you have to pull out the ladder multiple times, to climb up in the cold and snow multiple times.- the light stalks are easy to break off unintentionally (they snap off at the base very easily)I got them year before last and they broke. Then I got them again last year and the new ones broke. The lights look awesome for the first couple of nights, but after that, not so good. I'm looking for a better way of doing these 'ball' lights. Even if I have to run an extension cord.

I bought these as outdoor Christmas decorations and used the timer function to set them to turn on for about six hours beginning shortly after sunset. I didn't expect the batteries to last very long but was pleasantly surprised to find that they lasted for more than three weeks of daily use and were still working when I took them down after the holidays. They start out bright get a little dimmer over time but the batteries are great compared to electric ones. I like the different blinking modes available. All in all, a terrific value and I look forward to using these lights for many years. Will probably put them back out near the deck in summer.

Great timer, no need to remember anything! Very festive and merry! Love these, reordered them 4 times for a total of 16 around our yard. Can't miss our house! :)) Super happy and not expensive!

Since they each have a remote, and they all hang on the same tree, the remotes make operating them confusing. One remote will control ALL of them since they all hang so close to each other, but if you make a change on one remote, then sometimes ALL of the lights will be affected, but sometimes only one or two will. The biggest issue is the timer. If you use one remote to turn the timer on, not all turn on, so now you can’t figure out what remote goes to what light. And if you try to test it out to figure out which remote goes to which light, all of the lights are impacted. Why so many remotes? Why create a package of lights that must be placed in close proximity and have one remote work them all.Then create a separate package (different product) for customers who need to place them in disparate locations and have multiple remotes, and label the remotes to match the lights (put a tag on the lights)The biggest problem is that the timer doesnt Work right because of this. It will control maybe 2 lights but not the others. And if you purchased other battery operated lights like Christmas trees or stars for your windows, omg - one remote for either those lights or these lights controls them all, but it’s hit or miss on which ones it controlsOther than this, they are pretty, and bright!Also they look pink, and green and white on the pictures here on Amazon, but they are NOT! They are green, red, blue, white and purple

We used 4 of these lights infront of our house hanging down from hangers we typically use for Plants during Christmas Time, and they were fantastic! so much so that we ordered another set and sent them to my child's school as part of a Diwali Celebration as they looked like mini fireworks in the classroom! my only qualm with them was that the remotes operate on almost the same ir/freq. as some other led lights I had, so I had to be more selective where I was pointing it at to make sure I didn't inadvertently turn off my other lighting..
