We purchased this for our mother her has everything but a simple reminder when she sees this cup how much she is loved!

Amazing quality and mom absolutely loved it

1st things 1st, Got the Mom Appreciation Thermal Mug and arrived as shown in the vendor page. Picture in inside mug was clear, readable, etc. just like on site. Sentiment was greatly appreciated by my mother.However, had sent to me 1st vs. direct to person giving it too. So was able to see on box that was Made in China and had long list of heating, freezing, cleaning, etc restrictions that are not mentioned ANY WHERE I could find on pretty extensive vendor / product page??I'm guessing that thermal mug starts as generic 2 piece shells that they put the ordered message in and glue together. I'm hoping that it's issue with heat, cold, cleaning, etc is possibly causing glued shell to separate BUT seeing China is famous for using cheaper chemical based plastics that can release toxic residues when heated or frozen...so who knows?? I think all these restrictions should have been something that should have been mentioned or pictured on something advertised as a thermal mug that's great for keeping hot things hot and cold things cold!

The payment sucks because I don't have prime anymore and the price was to high

It does not leak plus it has a place for a straw which is nice
