well when i first opened the box they were 1 inch or a little more long. boy was i mad. now hold on and keep reading. then i put 2 in the pellet stove to make sure because some you have to use more stuff to get it going like liquid Firestarter. so i made my attempt and put 2 in because my igniter doesn't work and when new one is placed it goes out in a month. sheesh. so here i am starting fire going to give bad review. and bam it starts up immediately and still going good. no adding the pot so to speak. tyvm tyvm you guys rock

These get the job done and light very easily but they don't hold together very well.
