Zak Storm Collectible 10-pack Treasure Blind Bag

I have bought these in the past and they worked. But like the other reviewer, my mother in law got them for my son, and they no longer work.The game works, it scans and reaches out via the WiFi to the internet. but It seems to stop when it gets to the game’s server, there’s an error. It just seems to me that the server for the game is no longer being run, which makes sense because I haven’t seen a new Zak storm show in a long time. I don’t think this game is being supported anymore and Zak Storm is going away. And I think these coins should be taken off the shelves.

Worth it if you just get them for the play money, these colorful coins are supposed to be read by your phone and provide power-ups for a free online game. Zak Storm is a pirate adventure where Zag a surfer gets caught up in the Bermuda Triangle and whisked away, finding himself on a pirate ship with an eclectic group of allies who sail the 7 seas, or 7 c's as it may be in search of home and adventure. This is discounted heavily on Amazon, I'm not sure if it's because the powerup feature powerup feature does not work for everyone, or maybe the show is cancelled and no one has heard the news. The web says it will be back this year though.The coins are colorful as I said, with pictures from Zak, to treasure chests, to crystals, to monsters. There is a digital read code on the back and if the app works you can use it for the powerups, my phone did not accept that, but even If I bought these directly, at 1.66 (from a list of 12.99) a batch it would be a decent bargain. The sets are different, so at these prices you can collect 9 sets for the price of one. Recommended, for elementary school age that won't eat or choke on the coins.

Kids who like playing apps on phones, they will love this. You have to download the app and the coins can be scanned to get in game loot. The app is available on Amazon, the apple store or google play. The show that inspired the game can be streamed on Netflix. The coins have Zac Storm figures and icons on one side and on the other, the QR code. I tried downloading the game and playing it. I never got to the point where I could scan the code because I kept getting blown up by pirates. Of course, I didn't have enough time to invest in the game to go further. Kids should love the coins even if it is because they are their treasure.

My son is a fan of this Netflix show and we downloaded the game. These coins are extras for the game, the scanned easily and my son liked to use these and save them as a collectors item after use.
