I would like to first say that I have only had this keyboard for a day, however, it feels very nice.upon opening the box I saw that I didn't have to throw out anything other than the 2 foam holders that were used to keep the keyboard safe. it had all of the listed items inside the box.the instructions were very clear and there were many languages for a wide range of countries, and they were also very straightforward.it has the listed sliders for connectivity and mac or windows, it has the usb dongle and the usb C- usb A cable that can connect to the keyboard, it has the keycap puller and most importantly the dust cover.while using it the sound pleases my earbuds and sounds delightful, the typing feeling is very soft, overall a great experience.while playing video-games I have noticed that it has great feedback and light pressing required for the keys, which helps me out (personally).overall I would recommend this to everyone who uses a pc/laptop/mac due to its great quality and

do not buy it only lass for a few months then just switches off
