It works fine, I did add in line a set of filters to keep the water cleaner gou g into the unit.

After about 10 years, the older model quit on us. This was a direct replacement. It came per-configured and worked right out of the gate. I would recommend using a certified plumber to install because you are dealing with GAS lines. You want to make sure things are done right.

We bought this for a customer and installed. They were very happy with the water heater. We did have a little trouble finding the correct cover for the pipes because that doesn’t come with it, but we eventually found it and the customer was very satisfied with the water heater.

I bought this several months ago and got tied up with other projects. It installed easy enough, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the back panel where it attached to the house is a little flimsy. But once installed it seems ok. I had a code 10 that came up that required a reset, I called the help line and they were supper helpful. I think it was just a way to get my to register my water heater. Our master bath is about 30' away from the water heater. It takes about 90 seconds for hot water to come. That is about the same as our old tank hot water heater. So no change there, my wife loves it, she use to have to wait after doing dishes to allow the water to heat back up. Only to run out of hot water, now she can do one right after the other and take as long a shower as she wants. The only thing I plan on doing is adding a return pump so we don't waist water. Using a under sink pump and valve that shuts off once the water temp senses hot water.

Seller send us an open package and when checked we find that the unit was broken, unable to use due to safety protocol from the manufacturer. After returning the product seller issue refund immediately.
