This necklace is a wonderfully thoughtful gift to commemorate a special moment.The thought is better than the execution however, since the image is a bit muddy and you can't really tell from the squiggly lines where it may be.The first one I ordered was defective, two hearts were printed on top of each other that really muddied the image up.The seller quickly responded and quickly sent a second necklace for free. Unfortunately that necklace was lost in transit and the seller refunded the price. Not to be dissuaded I ordered a third necklace which came in the mail as expected and was printed correctly. AAfter that I received the second necklace that was "lost in transit" but to my surprise it too had a double heart printed on it.So, great customer service when contacted but 2 out of 3 necklaces were printed with two hearts...I do think this is a thoughtful and meaningful gift just don't expect too much.

Exactly as pictured! Chain is a great length and the charm has amazing detail! 100% would order again!

Cant even tell where the designated spot it. It's supposed to be marked with a heart but I can't even find it.

I got this as a gift and I love the thought. As soon as I saw it I could tell it was Venice and knew where in Venice. Could see the Grand Canal, it's great. BUT the necklace itself is too short and I can't take the charm off it and put it on a different chain. I wish i could take it off to change the chain or had a choice in length of chain.
