Vintage Women 1950s Rockabilly Swing Dress Pinup 50s Retro Hepburn Style Halterneck A-Line Dresses

I normally buy medium sized dresses (and sometimes even small) and bought this dress in medium too—it fit perfectly. The material is stretchy and while it is a little thin, it is comfortable and looks exactly like the picture. Absolutely love it.

My daughter dresses Rockabilly style and this dress was perfect for her. It fit her perfectly, she loved the polka dots, it was comfortable, and a great value. Of course now she wants more in various colors.

Almost gave myself a heart attack this morning when I attempted to try this dress on. I was stuck! Like stuck stuck! I was about to have a heart attack and this polyester blend was gonna be the last thing I wore. My last phrase was gonna be, "Well.... I tried to put it on.... but got stuck..."Let me start at the beginning by saying that I have bought several other dresses similar to this black and white small dotted dress. The other dresses were more of a cotton blend and the xl size fits me. This one has more of a smooth polyester material. The appearance is okay, but not as pretty as the other cottony dresses.If you are a bigger chested girl, do NOT try this dress on. I repeat! Do NOT try this dress on. Not even if you order the xxl. That extra X is a total lie! Or maybe it snuck on there, because this is NOT an xxl dress. For reference I am about a 41 in the chest area. So, the sizing chart is a total lie. Lord help the women who are bigger than a 41 and try to fit into this dress.As I said, I almost got stuck, yo! It was fine in the hips and waist, but definitely NOT in the chest. My girls were threatening to pop on out of there like torpedoes... probably would have taken someone's eye out! Thankfully, I was alone in the bedroom.I kept telling myself, "Don't panic! Don't panic!.... You are panicking! Knock it off! It's gonna be okay! Try to suck them in!" You can't really suck your girls in, though. You can push em up and out with the pop and snap action (like in legally blonde), but once they are stuck in a confined space, there isn't much you can do.There is ZERO elasticity. The value for the money is not there. There is a zipper on the side, but the material is sewn together right above the zipper. I would suggest buying one of the cotton dresses if you are bigger in the chest. Have a wonderful day, yo!

The dress is nice, but the fabric is thin. You cannot see through it though. There is a side zipper on the right side of the dress. The dress is smaller size than expected. I ordered a size up from what I normally wear, and it fit great. So, size up! The dress comes with thin ribbon to thread through the back "corset" loops on the dress, and the length of the ribbon was much too short for what I needed. The same can be said for the wide ribbon around the waist. The wide ribbon fit around my waist but the tails were too short. I ended up buying narrow ribbon, and wide ribbon at a fabric store so that I had long enough tails for the overall look. The ribbon issues are what cause me to give this dress 4 starts instead of 5 stars.

My wife was happy with the fit and comfort but she didn't receive the "extras", the bow around waste or anything to lace up the back. Would have returned but didn't have time. Worked well, nice dress but hope you get everything that should be included.

This dress is so flattering, and the length is great for petite girls! I'm 5'1" on a good day, so I usually have to get everything altered. This hit just right. I've worn this with heels and with cowgirl boots and gotten tons of compliments. Just ordered a second color!!

It arrived quickly, fit as expected, color and print was cute, terrific style for the Sock Hop. My daughter placed a black crinoline under it and she proudly accompanied her daughter and then her son to their school Sock Hop.
