These provide good energy along with mental clarity. From my experience there's no caffeine jitters, no crash, nothing like that. These have been a nice afternoon energy source without ruining my bed time or sleep routine.

First, had I realized this was NOT eligible for return, I would NOT have purchased it. Period. Second, I regularly take another caffeine supplement with MCT oil with absolutely no issues. It works wonderfully and I have no side effects whatsoever.I can not say that about THIS one! I took one pill with breakfast (not an empty) stomach and within about 2 hours I started feeling a little nauseous. That feeling only progressed throughout the day to the point that I could not eat or drink anything and by 3:30 I became extremely, violently sick. That lasted for several hours. Once it was out of my system, I was able to keep down 7-Up and go to bed. By the next morning I was fine and have felt fine since and that was a week ago. This morning I went to return this (12 days after I received it) and find out it is not returnable. Great. I am stuck with a bottle of vomit inducing pills that I can't return to buy my regular ones. Wonderful.Heed my warning, be very careful with this unless you have a lead stomach. I do not know if it is the "well over 100% of DV ingredients" like B vitamins or if it is something else, but this bottle will be going in the trash and I won't be purchasing from this seller again since they obviously do not allow returns.

I recently switched my pre-workout powder to one that was "stimulant free" and I then realized how much the caffeine boost was helping my workouts - lol. I got these capsules for workout focus and energy, and I like that they come in 200mg of caffeine per capsule, so I can take 1 to get a moderate boost, or two to be a lot more amped up. The additional amino acids and minerals mixed with the natural caffeine combine to make this a well-buffered source of energy. I really feel the energy boost without feeling itchy, having a racing heart or feeling strung out afterward.

I normally take caffeine supplements instead of drinking coffee because my body rejects the hot drink. I purchased this product to give a try since my prior supplement pricing continues to rise. The first thing I noticed was I was getting severe nausea if I took it and hadn't eaten anything. I never had that issue with my prior supplement. The other thing I noticed was it's like a slow release energy type. No hype and running mind which is a good thing. Just a calm, not feeling exhausted or achy but awake and blah feeling. I'm use to my 200 mg of caffeine making me feel happy and able to accomplish anything. The nausea issue is serious. Make sure you eat prior to the supplement.

Immediate response when I take them at work and home. Gives me sharp focus and plenty of energy at home. Recommend this product 100 percent!!

No hang over.I will be 75 next month.after breakfast i get this tired feeling, and want to go back to bed.I can take 2 focus, and in about thirty minutes i'm ready to go till late afternoon.

This is better than medications! No awful side effects!I've research the company and they are one of the best! The multivitamin is the best ingredients I've seen and tested. They don't use folic acid because they know it's not good for us but use better version.Now they bring this out and blows other noot and pharmaceutical meds out of the water! Cheaper too!!

Ya he probado varios complementos con composiciones de cafeína. Éste además aporta en su composición otros elementos que son positivos para el organismo, si es lo que puntualmente necesitas... yo he probado una píldora al día, y si veo que necesito algún aporte extra, porque el día vaya a ser "duro", me tomo dos, ayuda mucho. A mí no le altera, ni me produce ningún otro efecto no deseado, ni me impide, a la hora de acostarme, conciliar el sueño. Eso sí, nunca lo he tomado a menos de 8 o 10 horas antes de calcular que me podré ir a acostar. Tambien he tomado otros complementos alimenticios de esa marca y son positivos.
