Q: Hello, could i please check if this microphone is compatible with sony icd-px370 mono digital voice recorder?

I don't see why not it comes with a large jack as standard and a small jack adaptor. It is a standard microphone on a wire

Its a microphone in you ear it hears what you do

connect the jack plug to the microphone input on the dictaphone, then place the earpiece into the ear you use most for the phone and then hold the handset of the phone up to you ear with the earpiece in. It will record both side of the call. I have used it a few times at it works perfectly, hope this helps.
