I used this to seal the soffit boards on my house. A user review said to use rubbing alcohol to smooth out and it worked like a charm, they also said to made a wide hole when puncturing the seal. The wide hole made the caulk flowed easily with my old caulking gun! I then used it to seal the siding on my house. I worked well to seal the split and cracking boards. I didn't prime it before I painted and it worked fine but it took 3 coats, had I primed it might have only needed 2 coats of paint.

Excellent caulk. Sure it's sticky/messy if you get it on your hands, but you want it to be sticky where you put it! Some reviews mention stiff flow rate, but I found if you puncture the seal membrane several times there's no problem. This stuff seems to stick to anything really well. It reminds me of Kerdi-fix, but this is a little more toolable.

We've used this for several exterior projects at our home. It goes on well, is easy to use, gives the benefits of silicone (waterproof) & is also paintable. We've purchased it twice & will again when needed. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent caulk, but hard to find, and expensive. Paintable silicon.

This is SO HARD to squeeze out of the tube, but I used it to seal the outer edge of my sun room and it has been working great and looks great. I really like this product just wish I had an electric caulking gun lol!

This may be the most difficult caulk I have ever used. It literally took me two hands to squeeze out (yes, I know how to use caulk and a caulk gun). Used my fingers to smooth (too sticky to tool and made a hot mess on my hands), and it's a nice, tough product. Painted well. If you don't have strong hands, I suggest another brand.

Very good silicone. I use it to seal around the base of a toilet.
