Congratulations Dr Elaine for this great Book. It's an amazing book, it's inspiring me to continue working with my special needs students with new techniques, having fun together, breathing techniques, using more music, movement, positive reinforcers, letting them express themselves. Using the breathing techniques will not only benefit them but myself creating a more positive and better work atmosphere, and have a better connection with my students. As a Teacher and as a mom I do recommend this book to all professionals who work with children, to parents, caregivers, to older siblings specially now that technology is taking everyone's attention. We need more family time, more communication, more bonding, and more ideas to maintain the best relationships between family members of all ages. We don't need to spend a lot of money to do this, we just need to find some time, quality of time. Wow, where was this when my son was born?!? Dr. Elaine has given a wonderful gift to the world in this book. It's easy to read, clearly written, and full of helpful, effective strategies. My favorite thing is that her strategies are easy to implement--they are not time consuming or expensive. This terrific book is a must-read for parents, early childhood educators, and all who work with kids. Fabulous!!
