I assemble it by myself indoors in 40 minutes before putting dry straw in it and placing it in the backyard.*Very sturdy, esthetically pleasing, and well made.*Much roomier than I expected.*Elevated housing makes the cat feel more secure.*Extremely well insulated. Provides a warm, dry space from harsh elements.*3 entry/exit openings a huge plus, as feral cats are more apt to enter a space that has easy escape.*The roof that lifts open will provide easy cleaning and replacement of bedding materal (straw).I still can't believe what a great deal, quality, and size this hutch is. And of course, super fast shipping.I don't have any cons to report

A bit more expensive than some of the others we considered, but well worth it. Very sturdy with quality materials. Has an interior insulation liner that just slips in once you have it assembled. Top is also insulated. Roof lifts up for easy access to the interior. We put some straw in it, and a stray neighborhood cat, that had been visiting us, quickly took up residence. Directions are pretty good. They give extra screws, so don't beat yourself up trying to figure out where they go. Has a plastic flap that keeps the cold winter air and snow out. Should last many years.

I got this for a stray cat that we feed. It’s sturdy and has installation inside to keep him warm and comfortable in winter and out of rain. I put it together inside and then put it outside for him on our deck. I was able to put it together by myself. I’m very happy with this.

This product was very easy to assemble. It has a top you can open and 3 escape doors. It is insulated. It also has enough room for one cat and even with a cat bed inside, my feral cat can escape if needed. I placed a nice, comfortable, and warm bed inside. When I need to wash the bed, I can easily open the top.

This is well-insulated to keep animal warm and the feral cat I bought this for seems to like it. Three exits for skittish animals. Well-made, but screws provided did not work well and assembly wasn’t easy.

One of the few times I felt like I got a really good deal on this platform. The hutch comes in a few parts you need to screw together, the parts were of decent quality and the design was thoughtful. Best of all, the cat actually used it during the rain.

I bought this house to have outside as I wanted something tall enough to be able to put a heated pad in as well as a chicken coop heater and it worked perfect! It was easy to put together, and I love the fact that it had three ways to get into it and the roof opens up to be able to clean it out. The insulation liner that came with it was absolutely amazing. My cats love it! I would definitely buy again.

This is very well made and easy to assemble. The liner stays attached, but are easily removed to be cleaned or for warmer weather. I would highly recommend this outdoor feral cat house. It’s a very good value for the price.
