I'm being generous with 3 stars, these things are basically junk. You get what you pay for and it'll maybe work correctly for a grow. I've bought several of these yellow meters under different names and there all the same.....junk that MIGHT work correctly. Sometimes mixing nutrients for plants I check the PH with all my yellow meters and it's different. I mixed the calibration solution into the correct amount of water and it kept giving err for 4.0....and the other meter I have worked for 2-3 mths. It's not in the directions, which not much is but it never said anything about keeping the probe submerged in water and not letting it dry out. I thought you always supposed to keep the probe wet??? Well I keep the probe wet on mine before they stopped working. I'm gonna get something better maybe a Apera or Dr Meter. Overall it may get you through a 2-3 mth grow. That's beening careful and handling these meters easy I might add!!! I'd try to get a more expensive pH meter if measuring nutrients/fertilizer water for plants.

I HATE IT! I used this crappy meter to test ph levels in my salt water aquarium that ive had for 5 yrs and it kept showing false readings. I put hard work and dedication on this and one crappy meter destroys it. I bought a different brand of meter and compared the readings. It was a huge shock with how far off it digits were. I noticed something was wrong when it kept showing the ph was to high so i kept lowing it. End results ive lost almost my whole set up. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER CONCIDER BUYING ANOTHER.

I purchased this pH meter for measuring the acidity of our pool water. I find it much more reliable and easier to use than the colorimetric titration method found in most swimming pool test kits. It has been 1.5 years since I first purchased this pH meter, and it works just fine. Very satisfied with the purchase.

everytime i calibrate it has different PH level and my meter never go back to 0.00 once I calibrated it. and calibration button works 1 time out of prob 5 times i press it or even more. kinda stressful using it.......

Changed the way i add my nutes. Nice to have.

Had his for a month. It keeps drying out. That means you have to re-calibrate it. Waste of my time.

Very accurate. Tested bottled water that PH level was lower than my filtered tap water. Easy to use
