I bought 2 different styles for 2 different tasks. Both surprised me with the quality of sheath, blade, balance, fit, length, weight, backbone, and feel. These are for lightweight carry in on the trap line. I can't stand folding knives. I have had many skinning knives and these will hold up with the best of them with regular care. D2 can spot rust so regular maintenance required. But hell for 24 bucks you get one hell of knife and sheath. Just make sure your using the size for the task. You wouldnt want to skin 50 coyotes with these but skinning a beaver way back thats too far to carry out, perfection for what it weighs. They are beautifully sharp. I will put my preferred sharpened angle on them once they dull up a bit. I will also replace the chain with cord because of feel. But it's a good chain. The sheath is indistructable, scratchproof, and well fit. Both knives snap in tight and dont move. The clip is well engineered, ambidextrous, and built tough. Yep these are the ones. If ever lost will be purchased again. The (beaver skinner) butter knife looking one is 3.9 oz. The pointy one is 3.7oz. I feel comfortable wearing this on an outside layer tramping miles through the woods and swamp with no worry of it pulling out of the sheath. The handle is really nice material and there aren't a lot of cracks and crevices for cleaning grit, blood, and fat. You could definitely gut a deer with one. Happy trapper here for sure.

This life is perfect for anyone who is looking for a small fixed blade EDC knife. It is super slicy and the reversible pocket clip is great...I wear mine tip up. Exceptional quality and value. I purchased a second one for a friend and he loves it and wears it as a neck knife. I plan to beat it up and I'll update this review. I have been carrying it for over a week and I use it daily. 5 Stars. So, I have been using this daily since I first purchased it and I'm still amazed at the quality and durability of this affordable gem. The frind I purchased this same knife for is a frame-to-finish carpenter of 20+ years and he asked me to order one for his father in-law...who is also impressed by its quality, durability, function and blade retention. I suggest everyone who has more than 5 decent knives ($80-$200) buy one of these. You will not be disappointed.

First of all I don't know if it's really D2 steel or not. The packaging says it is, and why would it lie to me. It is a pretty good knife that holds an edge well. The grip is comfortable with good sheath retention. All in all a good deal for the price.

I love my neck knife. I’m outside on my property most of the day. It’s pretty comfortable around my neck. Idk how I went without one for so long! My husband has sharpened it already and man is it sharp.

This knife exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. It came razor sharp and the grind is perfect! The G10 scales are great quality along with the hardware and the sheath and clip are also excellent quality. I am ordering more of these because the quality is just as good as my more expensive small fixed blades. I have very large hands and for a small knife it fits well in the hand with my pinky resting on the butt of the knife.

Great knife. I took it apart to clean the shipping gunk off and use my own lube so it doesn't rust. As you can see, there was some staining on the metal underneath the scales; I cleaned that up as best as I could. The screws are a Torx 8 (TX8) with a couple of really thin nylon washers on them. Minimal billboarding besides the "OMESIO" , there is a D2 stamp on the other side. (Both are laser-etched.) Nice sheath, no rattle at all, and what seems to be a really nice clip. One of the best sheaths for this price range, and no cheap hardware, screws are stout for their size. Also, very sharp out of the box. I wear an XL glove, and this is surprisingly comfortable in the hand. I bought it for the Nessmuk design, but stumbled upon a little gem. Satisfied grin on my face. If you're thinking about it, pull the trigger, you'll be pleasantly surprised, I think. Hope this helps anyone thinking about it. Sweet little knife. I like it!

Very well made! Smaller than I thought but I love it! It’s really grown on me!! Very sharp out of the box , sharper than my flexcut knives! You can use this for a number of things,,, bushcraft, survival, wood carving or even just a EDC! It has D2 steel which surprised me due to the price! You can’t go wrong with this purchase!!

The knife is nice. I haven’t been able to use it yet but it does fall out of the sheath if you turn it upside down. I don’t know if I just got a bad one or they are all like that? The knife design is awesome though. It’s very comfortable in hand. My only complaint is the sheath.

Petit, compact, léger, avec un tranchant redoutable qui fait que j'ai pu me raser les poils de la main avec ! Il est bien plat et avec la petit chaine autour du cou il se dissimule parfaitement même sous un simple t-shirt. J'ai ôté le clip de ceinture car le port en ceinture est trés vite visible. Il manque juste quelques stries sur le dessus de la lame, la ou se pose le pouce pour avoir un meilleur maintien. Mais ça se fait aisément avec une petite lime

Natürlich, es gibt auch teuere Neck Knifes zu kaufen. Habe selbst einige die das fünffache kosten. Aber hier passt der Preis und die Qualität. Es ist ein schönes kleines, aber sehr scharfes Neck Knife für um den Hals zu hängen oder mit dem mitgelieferten Clip am Gürtel zu befestigen. Ich habe mir dieses Messer gekauft, da ich schon seit frühester Jugend immer ein Taschenmesser am Gürtel getragen habe, und es bisher nie zu irgendwelchen Komplikationen gekommen ist. Aber in der heutigen Zeit wird man ja schon von einigen Menschen schräg angeschaut wenn man ein Taschenmesser offen trägt. Die Klinge besteht aus D2 Messerstahl der durch seine Schnitthaltigkeit, Schärfe und gute Schleifeigenschaft bekannt ist. Die Griffschalen aus G-10 Material sind sehr robust und sehr leicht. Dadurch merkt es kaum wenn man es umhängen hat. Ich empfehle aber auch die Kette, welche mitgeliefert wird zu benutzen, und nicht durch eine Schnur zu ersetzen. Im Falle eines hängenbleibens an einem Gegenstand besteht somit nicht die Gefahr sich zu strangulieren da die Kette bei einem geringen Zuggewicht reißt. Die Verarbeitung ist top, keine scharfen Kanten und es liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
