Works Well, Nonstick
I made a cheesecake for the very first time using this pan and it was so easy to use. The cake didnt stick at all. Just make sure you fully dry the pan in the oven after washing so it doesn't get rusty.

I've made several Cheesecakes with them but it is not "leak proof" when it comes to butter in the crust use aluminum foil wrapped around the bottom other than that I love the product its great

Made a great cheesecake.
Needed this in a rush. Was able to get it the next morning. Made a cheesecake and it turned out perfectly. Cake came out of the pan without sticking. Nice to have the precut parchment paper for each size pan.
