I got this tea after putting on a bit of weight from too much snacking and junk food during busy workdays. I have a cup each day and it’s now part of my routine. It brews nicely in a few minutes and looks lovely in the cup. The flavour is light and not bitter at all, which makes it easy to enjoy. Detox diet tea tastes nice but certainly does not make u lose weight!!! Iv had two lots of 28 satchets and not an ounce of change wasted money.🙄
