Best Purchase Ever
Best money I have ever spent. I have cervical spine issues and occasional lower back issues as well. My neck bothers me all the time. I go to a chiropractor regularly, I have purchased a neck traction device, I have tried several different pillows, every cream/salve/medicine they make for such issues, all to no avail. I have been using this device for 2 days...TWO...and I feel relief already. It's the stretch I've been needing my whole adult life. Assembly - I did it by myself. It probably would have been easier with 2 people (as I believe it's recommended), but the instructions are written well, everything fits together well. No complaints. Durability - As I stated, I've only had it for a couple of days, but it feels durable and well-constructed. Ankle Cuffs - I'm so glad I invested in a device with ankle cuffs instead of a bar. Your feet and ankles are essentially holding all your weight, so if it was a bar instead, it would be miserable, and I would imagine, less safe. I love this product. I recommend it for everyone.

Bearings give perfect balance, ankle restraints work and are comfortable
I'll start by saying I had a cheaper inversion table that would get you stuck upside down with no way to correct it without help. It had those foam pads to lock your feet in and they hurt and they did not hold well. The biggest thing I found with this product is the balance and the feet restraint on your ankles is amazing and comfortable. This teeter inversion board is amazing I can go all the way upside down (and I'm 250 lbs) and do some crunches and stretches and by putting my hands on the frame I can tip myself back up to a upright position. If you set the height 1 in higher than your height the balance is amazing that thing will sit level straight across and balance! The bearings are amazing, so smooth and when you have the height set right and you come back up to a resting position on the stop it never slams down. The strap that allows you to set the amount of inversion is very easy to work and hold you in place. For this price point this is an amazing inversion table and I get such great relief after a day of lifting and carrying and moving things I get on my inversion table and do three sets of stretches and I'm pain free for the rest of the night! Lastly I know when people buy things on Amazon one of the main things is: "is it hard to assemble", well let me say that I came home from work one day and my wife had the thing almost put together very simple and clear instructions! It moves easily it folds up nice and tight and leans against the wall without falling so you can put it up out of the way.

Successfully Coerced My Spine Into Acting Human Again
I bought this device because my lower back had reached a level of stiffness usually reserved for ancient Egyptian mummies. Before this, my daily routine involved waking up, making a sound like a deflating balloon, and hobbling around like a 90-year-old pirate.Enter the human bat simulator—now with a built-in massage pad.Strapping my ankles into this machine felt like preparing for a questionable carnival ride, but the clamps grip your legs with the fierce, protective energy of a mother bear. This is great, because you are about to hang upside down like a forgotten piece of laundry while a heated vibration pad actively attempts to shake the demons out of your lumbar. The first time I flipped backward and turned the massage feature on, I heard a series of pops from my spine that sounded like fireworks exploding inside a cathedral. It was magnificent. The heat baked into my muscles while the vibration vibrated my eyeballs, completely distracting me from the fact that all the blood was rushing to my head. For three glorious minutes, gravity was no longer my sworn enemy. The frame is built like a tank, which is comforting when you are suspended in mid-air contemplating all the poor life choices that led to back pain. If you enjoy the feeling of your vertebrae being compressed into a single solid brick, don't buy this. Otherwise, get it, turn the massage pad to high, and join the upside-down cult.

NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.
Excellent Quality product. However, NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS are included in the box!! Buyer must go to a QR code web site for Extremely Complicated assembly instructions. It took me 4 Hours and a LOT of cursing, to figure out the QR code instructions. It works well though.

Helped me get through a very painful back experience.
Very well made, very clear and helpful instructions. I purchased the vibrating / heating pad that was optional and I believe it is very much worth the additional cost. I had severe back pain going into my left posterior. I had a herniated L4/L5 disc. I was told that without surgery it should slowly improve. It took about 6 weeks. I started inverting myself using this TEETER. It gave me a brief break from the horrible pain that I was experiencing. Note: I never went completely upside down. I stayed at 60 degrees of inversion and it seemed very helpful.

Very well built
Not difficult to assemble but assemble it in the room you will use it in. It is heavy and well built. Instructions on height and weight are something to be followed. It makes a big difference. If multiple people are using it, changing is to accomidate different weight and height takes a few minutes.

Double the price - and worth it
I previously bought the 84 Acres FITNESS Inversion table Pro 30 for 200 CAD and returned it to buy this Teeter table for 440 CAD. The Teeter is far better, even at double the price. Why? - I found the 84 Acres unsafe; I sometimes could not get back right side up. Possibly because the 84 Acres description is inaccurate and claims it is good for 6'6", but is actually for 6'2". With Teeter, it is extremely easy to get back to right side up, although I do have the height adjustment set 1" taller than I am. Teeter has videos on their side showing how easy it is to go back (inverted) and forth; these accurately show how easy it is. - The 84 Arces is for up to 6'2" despite their incorrect description. This Teeter is for up to 6'6". - It took 2 hours to build 84 Arces, and about an hour, maybe less, for this Teeter - The 84 Acres manual was useless to me; the author had poor English skills and very few pictures. I had to use their video, which was fair but too fast. Note in their video that they don't show the worker going upside down and then right side up; there is a reason for that! The Teeter manual was very clear, with labeled pictures showing what to do. If I had known I would have to spend at least an extra hour on installation, plus end up with an unsafe table, I never would have gone with the cheaper 84 Acres option. This Teeter is a much better purchase in my opinion. I have not tried the heat pad for the Teeter. I did not want/need it. I may install it later, but I don't see the point. I only use the table for about 5 minutes at a time, so I doubt I'd get much benefit during that short time.

Returned Product Sold as New
The product arrived in a box that was tattered, torn and beat up. It had been clearly opened before as all of the screws and components that had to be assembled were strewn everywhere inside the box instead of being in a sealed bag. Parts were also missing. This unit was sold as brand new when in fact, it was clearly a unit that someone else had bought, opened and then returned.
