Very pleased
Easy to swallow, no horrible taste or smell. I’m impressed with how my skin has benefitted and the strength and quality seem to be appropriate to work well. My hair and nails have shown improvement too. I’ve bought several times and will buy again, happy with price and outcome.

Difficult to swallow
These are quite large tablets and I find them uncomfortable to swallow, when I need more I will order capsules. So far no great effects to get excited about, maybe when I reach the end of this lot I will see effects.

Nails harden in days, skin takes longer for results.
What I have noticed is that when I take them my nails harden and thicken within days of taking them. And I do think my skin has improved, but I would need to take them constantly and for at least 6 months to see that.Improving collagen in new forming skin means waiting for old skin to shed to see the nice improved skin. At 48 I'm shedding slower so this could take 9 months. So I think you have to be patient with this product and consistency is key. But given the difference it makes to my nails, I know it's doing something and will continue with it.

Imposible to swallow
Impossible to swallow even in halves. I usually have no issues with large tablets but these are huge and even when snapped in half, they are extremely chalky and i constantly get them stuck in my throat. Taking 6 a day (3 halved) is just too difficult so had to bin these sadly

For the daily mg you get its a brilliant priceBit annoying you have to take 3 a day but OKHair n nails improve after about 6 weeks

I’ve been taken the marine collagen for several months. Maybe coincidence, but my nail are growing so fast & my hair appears to have halted some of the hair loss I was suffering from. My skin has also improved - it hasn’t cured the wrinkles, but I don’t think there’s a magic potion for that😉. Easy to take, so I’ll continue taking it.

Dont know results yet...too soon...very large to swallow..i have to cut them in half.
