I bought this based on the company's sizing chart and my bust size, and it is still quite a bit looser than I would like. Nothing I can't fix with my sewing machine. Note that this is very thin cotton, and must be washed by hand for a while. Even after three washes, it still bleeds. Easy hand wash. Easy Iron.I recall when I lived in India, things were looser than they were state-side, so I will adjust this and it will be perfect.

This tunic is very nice and can be casual or “business casual.” Since I am a 6” tall woman, the sleeves are an inch or two too short for me. It would be nice if they were a little longer, but I am used to that! I solved it by rolling up the sleeves and wearing them as 3/4 sleeves.One thing that was a very nice surprise — it has pockets! More women’s clothing should have pockets.

I ordered several of these tops in different prints/colors, as I work at a college where these Indian tunics are very popular. The material, print, and color of this manufacturer's tops are very attractive, comfortable, and great quality.I was surprised to discover that the tops were about 2" larger around the chest than I had expected, but this was my mistake. I had ordered up (2X) from my usual U.S. size (1X, Size 20), thinking the tops would run small like most Asian clothing I order through Amazon. Nope, the sizing with this manufacturer is true to their Guidelines. You need to order your actual chest size as listed (don't add any inches like I did), since the manufacturer already adds some extra inches to allow for movement and comfort. I will be reordering my tops in 1X, following the Manufacturer's Guidelines as stated this time! Hopefully they are still in stock, as I really like them!UPDATE: I did reorder the 3 tops in 1X and now they fit perfectly! I'm so happy. I can hardly wait to wear them when the school year starts - next week!

Nice design, longer kurta. Came to a couple inches above my knees (I'm 5'0", 118 lb). Looks great with leggings. I got a large and it was too big. The fabric had a musty odor, which is a deal breaker for me. Can't be sure the odor will come out when washed.

I bought this after trying another shirt of the sake make. I liked the other so much I decided to try a different style. I am 60 years young and wear compression leggings because of v veins and knee swelling. The leggings have been a god send! I needed long shirts to go with them. These shirts are perfect! They look nice and are cool enough fir Florida. LOVE the pickets and side slits. I am a 22 on top, 16 on the bottom. No pleats so I don’t look pregnant. Not that there is anything wrong with looking pregnant. 😊. Going in to buy 2 more of these. They wash beautifully! No shrinkage.

The Ayurvastram Madhuri Hand Block Printed Shirt Tunic is surprisingly nice for the price! Based on my preferences, the best thing about this tunic is the ample sleeves. Often the sleeve size of women's tops is inadequate for larger women, many of whom are cursed with heavy upper arms. For those of us concerned about the sausage skin look of ill-fitting, tight sleeves, it's wonderful to find a generously cut garment. The fabric is thin, though not see-through, and the top appears very well made, so I'm hoping it'll be cool in summer while providing adequate coverage. I highly recommend.

This is the first time that I have bought from this company and I bought several tops from them and am very pleased with the quality and style and especially the price. I would have paid many times more for these in a local store. I am very pleased with the high quality fabric and I love the fact that you can't see through the fabric! So many of these Asian companies that sell here on Amazon at low prices use cheap fabric that you have to wear something under the top or else you can see everything under the top. And the fabric did not shrink nor did it come out of the dryer in a wrinkled ball. I hate ironing so the fabric is such that it really doesn't need ironing when it comes out of the dryer. I intend to buy much more from this company. They sell quality at an amazing price!

I am in love with this shirt. It will easily become my favorite. The material is a nice grade cotton and feels good on. Not too heavy so it can be worn in the summer. I like the trim detail, collar and buttons. I wore it to the office with sandalwood beads, gold bangles and sandals. I received a lot of compliments from the ladies. The length is good and modest. Comfortable, but appropriate and pretty enough for office attire.

This is made from light 100% cotton, thin but not see through and it has pockets which is a bonus. I am a size 14/16 with a 42" bust and I ordered the XL. It is a comfortable relaxed fit with no pulling across the back, I expect the next size down would also have fitted but I like a bit of room to move! Looks good with leggings. I gave it four rather than five stars because the one I received did not have the contrast placket which I would have liked and the base colour is actually a very light blue with indigo print, not white. I haven't washed it yet but when I do it will be in cold water. Seems a bit pricey compared to some others but I really like this top and I am ordering another in black.

The kurta was just what I needed, casual everyday, comfortable. It fits well and I am pleased I purchased it. It was delivered the very next day, a Sunday, to my surprise.
