I’ve installed several of these for customers with RO systems that don’t want to drill their counter or have an extra faucet. Everything works great, the quality is good and I’ve been very happy as an installer.I would add tho, the supply lines seem to be a little shorter than traditional faucet lines so you may need an extender for the supply lines.

I got this to replace our kitchen faucet, and I’m so glad I did. It looks fantastic, and it matches the modern aesthetic of my kitchen perfectly. It was incredibly easy to install, much to my husband’s surprise, and it’s very sturdy and durable. The hose extends effortlessly, and makes cleaning so much easier. I highly recommend getting this, especially for such a great price.

My kitchen sink and counter do not have additional holes for a drinking water faucet. This product saved my life. It was not easy to find a three-way (drinking water + hot water + cold water) faucet on Amazon.

Just like a few reviews of this product (including one video), the drinking water outlet of the spray dripped slowly after installing it. Maybe one drop every 10 seconds. Customer service sent me a replacement in a reasonable timeframe which fixed the issue. Impressions after about 3 weeks:1. When using the drinking water, I have to consciously press the "stream" button on the sprayer when I'm done; otherwise, more often than not, it will switch over to the "spray" setting. This has happened when I go to wash my hands resulting in water going everywhere.2. The button for the drinking water is somewhat stiff but not a problem for me.3. My drinking water pressure is regulated to around 35psi to protect my filters.4. The faucet handle is a little sticky, and it is difficult to control water flow between off and full blast. I just assume that it is because it's new. If it bothers me later, I will possibly consider figuring out how to add grease ("Magic Lube") to it.

We thought we'd like this in our new kitchen in our new house. And we do. Matches well with everything, seems well built, and no problem installing. Having said that, i built the house and installed all the plumbing fixtures, so it was relatively simple for me. Most folks who have ever installed or repaired a faucet should have no issues. Instructions were laid out well with pictures. The finish on the faucet was exactly what we were looking for and we've had this in use almost 6 months.We did have an issue with the faucet head. The button to switch from stream to spray quit working as well as it should. Hard to change and sometimes still would not change. So i wrote to the manufacturer through Amazon, gave them the order number and explained the problem. They said they'd take care of the issue soon. Yeah right. THEY DID!!! We received a complete new faucet. I told them we only needed the faucet head, but they said keep the whole unit in case of future damage. The new head works perfectly.This is a great value for what seems to be a great product with good support if and when needed. Thanks Tohlar.

2-in-1 faucet, not 3-in-1.YOU NEED A SEPARATE FAUCET TO ROUTE THE FILTERED WATER TO.The diagram on the product page is the same one in the box, take a look and you'll notice the diverter will route the water flow to the filter, but there is no route back to this faucet.The instructions in the box even say 2-in-1 faucet: I'm guessing the company is trying to justify this as a 3-in-1 just by including a plastic diverter with the product, but the 'filtered water stream' images are pure false advertising - that featured does not exist!The 'filter' button on this faucet is just your typical pause/stop button. I have no idea what product the other reviews are for, because there is no way it is this product unless they are using the faucet without a filter.And to rub salt in the wound - the hot and cold lines are too short. I have already returned the product and purchased another faucet that is actually a 3-in-1.

I wish I had bought this a looong time ago! I’d been wanting this style faucet and had looked at bigger name brands and just figured it was going to be a $250-300 investment, so I put it off. I HATED the builder faucet our home came with and when it started to drip constantly I figured I’d have to bite the bullet and either pay for repairs or just install a new one.Our maintenance supervisor at work showed me this one he had installed at his home. I was super skeptical about the low price tag, but he said he had his for over a year with no issues.I installed this thing all by myself (8 months pregnant might I add, which in a word was hilarious) and I cannot believe how much I love it. It looks sleek, water pressure is amazing, it gets hotter way faster then our previous faucet... I’m mad I waited so long!Don’t second guess, just buy it.

First off, I'd give this 4.5 / 5, but only for an issue with the install. The faucet is beautiful, well-made, well-packaged, works as expected, and easy to install overall. The only reason this isn't a 5-star is due to a flaw in their instructions that could potentially derail an install. They mentioned a quick couple that didn't need any tape, and yet when I screwed it in, tightened it with a wrench, it still leaked. I don't know if it was missing a factory seal or what, but I went in and added some plumbers tape, and inserted one of the extra washers they gave us with the extra adapters, and it worked perfectly. It's new so I can't so much to durability, but it seems like it'll last quite a while. Generally, when they come with springs like this it's for a "commercial" model, and you'd be hard pressed to find one with that feature for near as affordable as this. Overall, a great find and it works well. Only a minor issue with the install.
