I was skeptical about buying this couch. I thought about it for months and it turned out to be the best furniture purchase i have ever made. The back is lower than most couches but that ended up being a good thing, its very supportive. Cushions are nice and firm. You can adjust the back and arms from straight to recline! It was easy to put together and so many variations to choose from. You can't beat the extra storage. We were missing a part so we contacted customer service and they sent it to us right away with no hassle. I saved the best for last.....it's PET FRIENDLY!!! No damage from paws. Pet hair, no problem...you can brush it off with your hands. Our dogs are couch lickers and the spots wipe right off with a damp cloth. The only small thing that bothers me is since the backs and arms adjust, they aren't sturdy in an upright position, meaning if you lean on them, they wiggle. And it causes the couch to not line up perfectly, One section looks like it's slightly more forward than the others. Given all the other advantages, I would still choose this couch over all others.

Looks and is comfortable. Very easy assembly. Easy to arrange/rearrange. 2 pieces had damage (pretty sure shipping related) and customer service replaced at no cost. Excellent communication! Very nice product! Satisfied with value, color, ease of assembly, configuration possibilities, and customer service communication.

This couch not only met expectations, but exceeded them as well. Simple enough my kids were able to outpace me putting it together. My only issue was every couch box came with a screwdriver. I had to confiscate every one so the kids don't think they are Tim Taylor and ready to fix things.

Seats are small, the arm pieces feel unstable, it sits low to the floor, and the backs are low, we have to prop the sofa against a wall or large table to get the back of the sofa to feel sturdy and stable! I am so disappointed that I went to Asheley Furniture Store the same day we put it together and bought a new sectional sofa. Because of the difficulty of disassembling the sofa and trying to pack it back into the boxes we have decided to give it away! I don't even have the heart to sell it to anyone! I will never buy another sofa online!

I was surprised at how comfortable this couch is. It's beautiful, soft, and spacious enough for my whole family. The couch was delivered five days early! We'll definitely shop here again for our furniture needs.

I love how easy this couch was to assemble. I got it done in less than an hour. We are still waiting on two parts to show up (arm and a back rest) but I put it together anyways! The fabric is so soft and it seems like it was built to last. My husband thinks the back rest is too low and he does not like the fact you cannot wash the cushions. I love it and i think it is perfect for what I was looking for.

UPDATE: 6 months later…. Couch is amazing! The cushions broke in very nicely! So so so so so happy with our purchase! Delivery came early but boxes came over a three day span. Super easy to assemble. Each box came with exactly what you needed: tools&directions. The couch is very comfortable however like anything straight out of a box it’s stiff. Don’t be discouraged. It just needs to be broken in. Love that every seat has the capability to have storage and the ability to moved into different positions. The color is gorgeous. I would say it’s a nice hunter green. This was 100% worth the money. I’m so glad I went with this couch.

La armamos entre mi hijo de 14 y yo, duramos como 1:30 aproximadamente y el resultado fue muy satisfactorio, es comoda fasil de mover y bonita, el color es gris pero a oscuras párese como cremita jeje sala camaleon, lo que mas me gusta es que puedo mover la y hacerla de muchas formas, pedí extras 2 sets de agarraderas no se como se llamen pero son para hacer esos dos en sofás individuales y me gusto mucho.
