I recently had a flare up of some eczema on my hand, as well as a mild rash (presumably from heat). I went to my medicine cabinet, and realized I was low on my usual cream. I ordered this Amazon Basic Care Maximum Strength Hydrocortisone (1%) Anti-Itch cream, and am so glad I did! This cream has a nice texture to it; it feels moisturizing and soothing to my skin, whilst helping itchiness quickly. This cream is very mild, as well as gentle on my skin; it has a slight cooling and comforting feeling (which is also helpful). There's no stinging or unpleasant feeling, and it doesn't feel greasy either. I've found that a little bit of this cream goes a long way, so I feel the quality and longevity is very good. This is a great product to have on hand; whether in a medicine cabinet, first aid kit, or for on-the-go purposes. I think this is a good value for the size and price, and would definitely recommend this! Works very well, and contains enough in the tube to last me a while. Very pleased with this cream.

Product worked exactly as intended for a better price than name brand. Cleared up minor rash on child’s face very quickly that was irritating her for weeks. Only need a small amount too.

I bought this for going to a tropical island where humidity, heat, and bug bites are a common occurrence. It's not fragrance free. It has a bad smell when it comes out, but goes away in a few seconds. It works as well as store brand ones. I probably won't buy again because of the smell though.

The cream is easy to apply and the texture is fine, but unfortunately, I didn't notice much improvement after using it. It provided some temporary relief, but the overall effect was not as noticeable as I expected. It may work better for others, but based on my experience, the results were just average.
