I like that this bumps up the MK-7 and adds D3 which is nice to take with it. What I don’t like is 5000iu is a lot daily. Taken everyday it might be too much. Problem is 180mcg of MK-7 is a really good dose that some studies say is necessary versus 100mcg which is a good maintenance dose. I would like to see Now make a 180mcg MK-7 WITHOUT D3. Or a MK-7 with magnesium would be nice… So what I do is not take this everyday. Every other day or every third day and a 100mcg daily otherwise. You could even take two MK-7 100mcg’s daily as that’s perfectly safe, but daily 5000iu of D3? I would avoid that unless you took a vitamin D test to monitor where you are at. Am I a doctor? No. Does this make sense to me? Yes and isn’t that all that matters? lol

Quality source of immune support with the pill being manageable in size. The price is also extremely fair for a high quality supplement. So far I have not noticed any energy increase but I have not gotten sick
